As a customer of Hot Mobile, I must say that my experience with their services has been highly disappointing. From the moment I signed up, I encountered numerous issues that were never adequately resolved. The network coverage was unreliable, with frequent dropped calls and poor signal strength, even in urban areas. The customer service was abysmal, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives who seemed disinterested in resolving my concerns. Additionally, the billing system was a nightmare, with incorrect charges and confusing invoices that were nearly impossible to comprehend. Overall, my time with Hot Mobile has been a frustrating and regrettable experience. I would strongly advise against choosing them as your mobile service provider.

Not possible to have online services because everything depends on receiving a SMS message for user validation, and now after several days trying these messages are never being delivered. So, completely stuck and limited to waiting in phone queue for hours.

If I could give less than one star, I would. They're just a bunch of crooks, happy to figure out ways to scam their customers and then provide atrocious customer support.

I can't fathom what just happened to me with this Hot mobile service.... Went in a Hoffer supermarket in Slovenia, bought a 2€ Sim card and a 10 euro data charge. Followed their instructions as written on the supermarket ticket with a simple SMS including the recharge code to be sent and then... After 254MB of data spent, no call,
no SMS... Nothing!
Downloaded their app, tried again this way and still nothing worked (all that with my other paying data package!).
I then call them and was handled by a vulgar lady shooting at me as if I was a stinky fish. Her say: 254Mb data for 10 euro is what I signed for and I should have done a manipulation that is not detailled (or not even mentioned) on my Hoffer's ticket. Really?...Ok, may I speak to your manager?
Obviously, I couldn't. She's not allowed to pass one to me... Because, at HoT, managers have no phones, that you'd know.

Yet, what I payed for is clearly well stated on their product packaging: 80Gb data for 9.99euro...what's wrong here?
And, really, shouting at your customers calling the online help?! Miserable.

What the heck has become this country? In 10 months in Slovenia, I had to face numerous scams to the point that I had to take two different lawyers to try to get back some money (I could have had more of them rationally) ...
I am sorry, it's a beautiful country with plenty of fine people but, business wise, this is not a country that reaches European Union standards. Stay away from there or anything related.

And who the heck signed them in?!

hot mobil is a company that is sitting in the side and waiting for the mistakes from their clients and make thier money on this way with the policy that they dont give credit the team for problems is backdated like in africa with no service and not helpfull

At the Talpiot branch in Jerusalem, I was promised 250GB for each of my lines. When I noticed that the document I'm signing states that I get 150GB, I was assured that the100GB will be added as an extra, which was a lie. I also purchased a mobile as part of the deal, but was misinformed about the price (how much I would have to pay if I cancel the deal before 3 years). I was told it will cost about NIS 3500, when the actual price was about NIS 4500. I simply did not imagine that employees of a large reputable company would be so dishonest.

Avoid like the plague! I paid NIS100 for a SIM card to use while on vacation. Voice quality is non-existent, cannot get through to anyone and data quality quickly drops to zero outside the Tel Aviv metropolitan area.

Extremely disappointing and an utter waste of money.

I just wanna say this company has the worst internet connection i have ever seen lost a lot of money a lot of time...

STAY FAR AWAY ..... THEW WILL CHARGE YOR ACOUNT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ..... DONT BE THE NEXT VICTIM.....

HOT have the worst service you'll ever come across. Impossible to make them cancel the WIFI contract and impossible to return the WIFI router (went twice and there was no one there during the opening hours found on their own internet page).

Более года назад,мне позвонили по телефону заморочили голову и я согласилась преобрести телефон.Мне его привозили 4 раза ,по адресу где я не проживаю,все 4 раза по телефону ,объясняла,что передумала и не хочу телефон. В результате 14 месяцев у меня благополучно снимали деньги за несуществующий телефон.Я приезжала в офис в Ришоне,звонила вашему представителю потелефону,обещали разобраться,в результате закрыли мой отлично работающий телефон и я вынуждена была приобрести новый.В фашем офисе в Ришоне мне объяснили,вот мы вам оформим новый телефон,а те деньги которые у вас удержали вернем на счет через 14 дней.14 дней еще не прошло,и сегодня 18.55 вечера мне звонит ваш представитель и сообщает,что он приехал и привез мне телефон.Что это за варианты,я непоняла? Телефон я не взяла,ао первых я на работе,а во вторых он мне не нужен. Прошу объяснить мне эту ситуацию или я вынуждена буду обратиться к адвокату

Очень плохая связь уже 1 год как я мучаюсь. В салонах всегда говорят что ремонт станцый. Сколько это будет продолжатца?

I hate them, Hot mobile internet doesn't work at home and doesn't work on the phone! At all! I pay nearly 150-200 for month and can't even upload 15 mb video to slack! Go to Hell HOT MOBILE! You have no conscience!

לאמא שלי היה הוט מובייל. ניתקו את הקו מבלי להודיע. אחרי שעתים של שיחות עם השירות לקוחות אין תוצאה. עוברים לחברה אחרת.
