We started this process knowing relatively little about which tub to pick. After visiting several showrooms we centred our enquiries on Hot Tubs Oxfordshire. The range was high quality and staff very helpful. We eventually picked the 471.
Our installation was a fairly tricky one due to the garden layout and no rear access. Hot Tubs Oxfordshire arranged everything including the crane and the potentially very problematic instal went extremely well. An initial minor snag with the tub once installed was corrected quickly without issue by them.
We are now about a month post-instal and are busy using the tub at least daily.
Given what I know now from the process, if I had to do it again, I would choose the same tub and buy it from the same company without hesitation.
Spending big amounts of money (for us at least) on a luxury item like a tub was a big commitment - Hot Tubs Oxfordshire helped reassure us that we were spending smartly and correctly. I will continue to visit them for aftercare and maintenance needs. Good job.

Moving into our new house we had a large hot tub with no real idea of how to use it. The team at Hot Tubs Oxfordshire have been great at getting it not just to a useable standard, but giving me the skills to use it myself. Something that previously had just seen too much hassle.
They arrived when they said they would and delivered excellent service. I've recommended them to a number of people around the local area as you simply can't go wrong.
Should also point out the hot tub we have isn't even one they stock. Still, they've gone out of their way to deliver the best for me.

Today our Marquis Spa (v84) had its annual service, completed by Hot Tubs Oxfordshire (HTO). We’ve owned this hot tub since 2019 and very happy with it. HTO sent their engineer Barry to complete the annual service for us. Barry explained exactly what needed to be done, filters needed changing, refresh the water, clean entire tub (to remove dirty bacteria) and basically rejuvenate our hot tub!! It looks brand-new inside and out!! Thank you HTO (and Barry) for doing great job for us today!! Anyone thinking of investing in a Hot Tub, you get the FULL package from Hot Tubs Oxfordshire, they will take care of you and ALL of your leisure (in water and out) requirements!!

Extremely happy with our Marquis Summit hot tub. Have had nearly a year now and Carla and Kenny (owners) were absolutely right it has changed our lives for the better😊We use it pretty much daily. If you are looking for a top professional company to purchase a hot tub from, I would strongly advise you to look no further. Forget about the hard sell - there isn't one - everything is tailored to your needs and requirements. Carla, Kenny and the whole team have all the knowledge you need to make an informed decision for yourselves. Nothing is too big a deal. I ended up changing my install date at least three times but it never became a problem.
These lovely people will go the extra mile no questions asked.
After sales service is again, excellent. Any problems, questions or queries are just at the end of the phone or in store if you have the time which I'd strongly recommend. Service plans are also available to make owning your own hot tub just that little bit easier.

We were given a tub and wanted a full service before firing it up. I popped in to see them and they were brilliant. Very friendly and were happy to share their experience and knowledge. There was no hard sell just honest friendly local company service.

We have been maintenance customers for over ten years as we had purchased a tub elsewhere and Kenny had kindly kept it up and running, including a Christmas Eve visit one year, so that we wouldn't be without it over Christmas! Nothing is ever too much trouble and you only have to reach out to Kenny, Carla or Natalie and you know there is a helping hand with any issues. This was the reason that we purchased our Marquis Crown Resort from this amazing team. We enjoyed a wet test (complete with Peroni) and visited the open day which allowed us to enjoy an 'early bird' purchase discount. Our tub arrived yesterday in the safe hands of Kieron and Barry, who along with Kenny and his electricians, went above and beyond to install our beautiful new tub. This company offer the finest level of service and it's always a pleasure to speak and meet with them. There is no pressure at all, just good, honest and reliable service from a fabulous team of people.
