From start to finish Kenny and Carla offered an exceptional service. Kenny is so knowlegdable about the products that it put me at ease straight away, even when Covid got in the way Carla was straight in touch to keep us updated. Installation of our Marquis Hollywood was faultless and the hot tub is awesome, even managed to get the dog to pose for a photo. Great team, Great company and great products. I cant recommend them enough.

I visited Hot Tubs Oxfordshire today for the first time with my baby girl. What a beautiful presented show room, immaculately clean and very spacious, probably the only shop I have been in since the pandemic started in the UK and felt completely comfortable. Not only was the experience a pleasure but the knowledge of Carla and Kenny was fabulous, they knew exactly what I needed and didn’t hesitate to help further if I needed it. Thank you so much x

We took delivery yesterday of our American Whirlpool 471 spa from Carla and Kenny, who run their family owned business in Oxfordshire and are so lovely. We decided to purchase the AW471 after carrying out a large amount of research and are thrilled with the decision we have made. The quality is second to none and it is a beautiful looking spa and also energy efficient, which was a large factor in our choice. When we visited the showroom I remember Carla saying it will help improve your sleep, well that certainly is true! If you are looking for a spa their new larger showroom is now open in Bicester and you will receive an amazingly friendly non pushy service. We hired a hot tub from Hot Tubs Oxfordshire as a treat and it made the perfect staycation! Communication was great on the morning of delivery, Kenny called ahead to give an ETA. The hot tub was all set up with the correct balance of chemicals to make it ready to use once up to temperature. The Orbis hot tub really is a step up from an inflatable hot tub and it was a treat the whole family could enjoy, it really gave the opportunity for quality time together. Kenny and Carla were available for any questions after installation but it really was straightforward. I can highly recommend Hot Tubs Oxfordshire, a very helpful family run business, we’ll be back to hire again!

Carla and Kenny from Hot Tub Oxfordshire today sorted out a problem with one of our Holiday cottages Hot Tubs. What a wonderful company they are, called yesterday and Kenny came out today and fixed the problem. We will be using them again, and probably will buy our next tub from them when we are ready to upgrade! Awesome family business.

From our first visit to the showroom to the removal of our old tub and installation of our new one was a total of 12 days from beginning to end, every step has been faultless and exceptional.
The colour combination of Mayan Copper and Espresso looks fabulous and the MicroSilk Hydrotherapy feels amazing. Love that our Spirit gives us both pure relaxation or a therapeutic deep tissue massage depending what kind of a day we’ve had.

Well, what can I say about Hot Tubs Oxfordshire, I genuinely don’t know where to start. We had been considering getting a hot tub for a long time but the minute we were introduced to the Hot Tubs Oxfordshire team, we were totally sold. Carla and Kenny are exceptionally knowledgable, trustworthy and reliable. From start to finish, the customer service has been amazing and now that we have our hot tub, we could not be happier. As a family, we all enjoy it and spend some quality time together with no distractions, it makes being at home, feel as though we are in holiday! Getting a hot tub was a big purchase for us but we are so pleased we took the plunge and just wish we had done it sooner! Can not recommend enough!! Thank you!

During lockdown our old Hot Tub had finally packed up and we were desperate to buy a replacement! Came across this company on Facebook and Kenny called back immediately to discuss. We visited the showroom on a Saturday and fortunately he had a V94L in stock. It was installed the following Friday morning and by the evening we were relaxing in our new Tub. Amazing! From start to finish we were met with nothing but professionalism. I randomly came across hot tubs Oxfordshire on line and sent them a message. Within 10 minutes were going through brochures and my husband was on the phone to Kenny. We didn’t have a garden ready for a hot tub though. Not a problem. Kenny sorted out someone to do our decking and electrics. Nothing was too much trouble. And just over two weeks later everything is set up and running. All of this was carried out under lockdown rules and observing social distancing.
We are now the proud owners of a V94L...with microSilk. We have tried a few hot tubs and this is without a doubt the best we have ever experienced. And it doesn’t stop there as Kenny and Carla are there for any after care advice or support you could possibly need. Truly a VIP experience.
We can’t wait to visit the show room once it’s reopen and perhaps treat ourselves to a few accessories to go with our hot tub.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a hot tub or anyone who suffers with fibromyalgia.
Our hot tub has been the best purchase I have ever made. I have used daily, sometimes twice a day and it has helped massively to ease my aches,pains and tension. It’s a great stress relief and I have found I am able to sleep better as am feeling relaxed and switched off before bed .
I only wish I had brought one sooner !

Had to call on the services this week as my hot tub developed a couple of faults, hot tub for me is very important as I have long term chronic back pain and the tubs used for hydrotherapy. Engineer arrive promptly as arranged, sadly unable to fix immediately but parts ordered and fitted with minimal delay a few days later. Options discussed and advised the best deal for us.
Would highly recommended this professional service to anyone and would gladly be using this company again when the need arises.

Kenny and Carla have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish, no hard sell, they have a wealth of knowledge and really listen to what their customers want.
