Fantastic communication and order issue resolution

It’s always a risk spending a lot of money with a company you haven’t heard of, and in this instance I wouldn’t recommend. My order is well past its due delivery date and I’ve sent three emails to their customer service to no reply, and their logistics company won’t return my calls - despite telling me they will. Assume the order is either lost or on back order - but have no actual way of knowing as nobody will speak to me. Very poor so far, but if someone responds or better yet - delivers - I’d be happy to amend my review.

We bought a baroque style double bed , but could not get matching bedside tables. The bed arrived on time as promised ; and we like it. We had to get the matching tables from elsewhere.
