I’ve bought several products from House of Beauty and everything was fine while there were no issues. Fast delivery, good selection of professional nail products (gels, bases, lamps etc.) and reasonable prices.
Unfortunately, when a problem appeared with the purchased items (2xOcho Nails X13 65W UV/LED lamp – LED diodes started flickering after some use), it became almost impossible to get in touch with them. I sent multiple emails and messages, but received no reply for days. No help with the warranty claim, no communication at all.
So, my experience is: excellent as long as everything works perfectly, but very poor customer service if you need support or have a defective product. I expected much better after-sales service from a UK-based shop.
I hope they improve their communication, because the products themselves can be good.

Very poor experience. I ordered barber chairs and paid nearly £1,000, but the seller failed to dispatch the items within the stated 1–10 day delivery timeframe. No valid tracking information was provided.

The seller ignored all my messages and only responded after I opened a case with PayPal. Communication was extremely poor throughout.

I had to escalate the case, and PayPal ruled in my favour and issued a full refund.

I would not recommend this seller. Be careful before ordering.

Do not use this company! I had 2 successful deliveries which made me think all these negative comments must not been their fault until I didn’t receive my next order and they refusing to help! It was left outside the block of flats which they are aware of as they even sent me the picture and they refusing to contact Royal Mail or to do anything they saying I have todo it myself even tho I can’t as I’m not the sender! Scam! Avoid at all cost!

No product received, no refund and no communication

Made an order in the 18th of March.

Order meant to be delivered 23-26th of March. Tried to contact via call and whatapp. Eventually! got a message that person is on the airport so if I can message. Sent a message. Respond : order will be with you 31/03-1/04. I asked for a tracking number and who it will be send with. No answer. On the 31/03 I asked again for a tracking number. Got a message I will get an update soon. So I said what update if parcel meant to be here tomorrow the latest! (I received the invoice etc that parcel was sent!) So then I received a big like chat GPT created message how they are trying deliver the best service, they are grateful for my patience and... my product is coming from Italy and it's for pre-order. No such an information on the page. Today is the 3rd of April. I have still no update. No message back about the tracking number, neither about mystery product coming from Italy. First and last shopping with this company. I raised for refund with Klarna so hopefully it will be solved quickly

Communication is very poor — they do not respond to emails.
I received expired goods, which I returned, and to this day I have not received a refund.
I now have neither the product nor my money.
When responding to negative reviews, the company claims that the issue concerns a different company in the USA, not them, which I find misleading.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this company.

Avoid, its a fraudulent company. "Next day delivery" will take few weeks to be completed and even upon written attempt to cancel order it then arrived few weeks with items well over expiry date. Once returned they made it up that content was damaged due to insufficent protection... well it was sent back right away in oryginal packaging. Anyway, they refused to refund and not responding to emails anymore. Buying from them is a high risk. Im sure they will now try to undermind this comment or pretend its different business from US ... this is another lie from them. Terrible business to deal with and owners should be taken to task by law enforcement.

I placed an order on February 28 and paid £170 for a chair. I was initially told the delivery would arrive by March 6th, but weeks passed with no dispatch, no tracking number, and no proper communication. My messages were repeatedly ignored.
After opening a PayPal case, the seller was given 10 days to respond!!!. During this time, they provided no response at all. Only on the very last day of the deadline did they suddenly create a tracking number.
This tracking number shows only “tracking created” and has no movement whatsoever, which strongly suggests it is not a real shipment but a tactic to delay the PayPal case.
Additionally, the order had already been marked as “sent” on their website long before this, which is clearly misleading.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. The seller has been unresponsive, misleading, and appears to be using delay tactics instead of properly fulfilling orders.
I strongly advise others to avoid this seller. I still haven't got my order and money back!!! Disgraceful

Wahałam się czy zaufać tej firmie i przeczucie mnie nie zawiodło, ale niestety i tak go nie posłuchałam. Kontakt w sprawie zamówień przez 3 dni w tygodniu WYŁĄCZNIE przez numer telefonu, który jest wiecznie wyłączony. Jak się domyślam, customer support w ogóle nie istnieje, a to czy Twoja paczka zostanie dostarczona to ruletka. Generyczny mail, który dostałam po wysyłce towaru twierdzi, ze niedługo dostanę numer do śledzenia, a paczka przyjdzie w ciągu max 5 dni. Dziś jest dzień 18, po paczce ani śladu, a jedyny dostępny kontakt z firmą jest uniemożliwiony.
Niepoważne zachowanie, szkoda nerwów i pieniędzy. Wolałabym je wyrzucić w realne błoto, niż dawać takim oszustom.

I had a small issue with my order as I received the wrong product, but the customer service was excellent and very quick to respond.

They handled everything professionally and efficiently, and I really appreciated the voucher they offered as a solution.

Great customer service and a positive experience overall – I would definitely order from them again!

I've ordered uv/led nail lamps. They got delivered within 2 days. Absolutely thrilled about them. Quality and price are outstanding.
Will use House of Beauty again

awful experience. ordered hair chair furniture end of january, it was expected between 05.02-10.02 , i messaged a few days after the 10th as i hadn’t recieved yet. they then told me it would be there by 28th at latest. which was already cutting it very short as i opened my salon on 2nd march. i made arrangements due to it being late, i still haven’t recieved my order and the company are completely ignoring my messages & calls. luckily i paid through klarna so should hopefully receive a refund. what a waste of money, time and effort. would never recommend, i dont think they will ever get back to me to resolve this.

This company are thieves. They take the money but never send the products or refund the money. When I reported the problem, they blocked me. I will never see my money again.

Selling a products which are out of date, tereible customer service

Kpina z klienta - od prawie miesiąca nie mam paczki i oczywiście żadnej informacji. Nie da się dodzwonić, zero odpowiedzi na maile i sms.

I placed a large order of builder gels, including several items from a promotion. When my order arrived, multiple products were clearly used or damaged. Two of the gels were already opened and dirty. One of them was almost empty, and the other had a completely spoiled consistency. I had also purchased two identical gels in different colours — one was perfectly normal, while the other (same product) was rock hard and unusable. A third product that was NOT on promotion also looked used and tampered with.

I immediately reported everything, sending clear photos and requesting replacements. I was told replacements were “not possible.” So I asked to return only the defective items (3 products out of a much larger order) for a partial refund. What followed was over a week of back-and-forth emails just to get them to accept the return.

I still have not received my money.

I email every week and get ignored. They responded once claiming they hadn’t received the returned items and basically brushed me off. This is extremely frustrating and feels dishonest. The delivery itself was fast, but the customer service is a complete disaster. Returning faulty products and getting a refund has been a nightmare.

Customers are being ignored and refunds are not being issued. This is unacceptable and feels very close to being scammed. Avoid if you expect any level of professional customer service or basic consumer rights.
