Excellent and professional experience…
Just home after a very thorough hearing test by Stuart who was friendly, experienced and took time to explain everything. This is my second visit as I had Ear Wax removal a week ago and a hearing test was suggested, both free. I have a middle ear problem which Stuart kindly gave me advice about and the whole experience was very professional.

Excellent service at House of Hearing
Decided it was time to have my hearing checked as I was frequently having to ask people to repeat themselves. House of Hearing in East Kilbride was recommended to me by a friend so decided to go there. I was tested by a very helpful lady called Lynsey and was fitted with Oticon hearing aids. I've had three visits so far, one more to go. The whole procedure was very straight forward and very thorough and Lynsey explained everything very clearly. I would be happy to recommend House of hearing.

The staff at the Ashton under Lyne branch were excellent in all respects. The audiologist in particular could not have been more helpful. Very patient and good at explaining the complexities in simple langue. Inspired confidence.

Had no problems getting my ears syringed staff made me comfortable
Explained what was happening and did a good job clearing my ears it was great to hear normal again .

Superb service
All the staff were very approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and you were made to feel welcome and relaxed.
My hearing test was conducted in a very professional manner and all aspects were explained clearly. I felt confidence in leaving such an important aspect of my health to Daniel who then advised on what would be best for me based on the results.
He went out of his way to help my husband too at the same appointment. Exceptional service. Many thanks

Focused customer care
Visited HoH Morpeth recently for an annual hearing check and servicing of my Oticon hearing aids.
The service was exceptional, but that is the norm!You are treat just as much as a friend whilst you are indeed a customer.
I've used NHS hearing aids in the past. Sarah and the team however provide great service and focus on product solutions that are suitable for you as an individual.
Thanks again to the whole team at HoH.

Felt I was really listened to
Felt I was really listened to. I had a problem with Bluetooth connectivity to my new hearing aids, which audiologist tried hardest to address. However, there was little improvement and at my follow up appointment, the audiologist, Sarah, took moulds and ordered smaller domes. These have yet to arrive, but I am hopeful!

My appointment was made for my convenience.
The appointment lasted all of 5 minutes.
If I had read the instructions on how to connect my phone to my hearing aids the appointment wouldn't have been needed.
I was seen by an audiologist on the time appointed. Great service.
