Cold callers who pretend they know you have a problem with council housing repairs. They don't know your; name, your address, which council, what the repaires needed are. Then tell you a date they have arranged to come and fix your problem. They also promise you will get thousands in compensation for having waited for repairs. Total scam. Just try and keep them talking for fun if you don't have a council property!

No Stars - A Waster Of Time Don’t Even Bother These Fockers Will Not Respond. I’ll Save You Some Time.. Get the advise from a company called Acorn. They are PROPER PROFESSIONALS not someone sounding like a child that answers the phone and confirm they will get back to you by the end of the day and your sat waiting almost a whole month - I STRONGLY YOU, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME

The staff were super helpful and amazing with my claim! I didn’t think I would get anywhere to start with but they certainly proved me wrong! They do contact you quite often with phone calls and emails but if you want a good outcome then you need to be able to communicate with them. Seun Odukogbe dealt with my claim fantastically and wrapped it all up very swiftly too! We’ve had a great success. Again Thank you so much!

i have been getting calls from these scammers for months, yesterday three missed calls.
i am on the telephone preference service, and when called again today i asked to speak to a manager a person calling himself Michael came on the line and i pointed out to him that cold calling me was a criminal act his response was to put the phone down, when are these criminals going to be held to account?.

They have been ringing me frequently for well over a year, but now it has been 2 or 3 times a week and sometimes daily! Each time I block their number, but then they just use another number.

Harassment and a scam!

This compony has been harassing me with their weekly phone calls for the last three years. Despite me constantly asking them to remove my number from their database.
They phone and ask me what repairs are needed to my council house. I Have never lived in a council house or reported any repairs to any housing company.
The phone calls come from different city’s, London, Leeds, Bristol, Glasgow, Liverpool.
When you ask the person on the end of the phone to speak to a supervisor/ manager they say they don’t have one. They also claim to have many offices around the country but can not give you one address or any information.

As well as scammers this company are mental abusers with their relentless calls and absolutely need to be shut down.

I have reported them to the Police, The Fraud office and TPS and will continue too.
