Ranger with Pro kart bundle
Bought this bundle from Hoverboard, great price and excellent board, my granddaughter loves it!
Had a few queries which Emma and the team were very patient with me resolving

A board bought for my daughter at Xmas. Loads to choose from but went for Hoverboard because of the reviews. More expensive but seemed best choice. It is brilliant: my 8 year old loves it.
After three months the Board started to malfunction but customer service dealt with my query helpfully, speedily and effectively, sending me a short video to recalibrate the board and resolve the problem. Superb customer service. Great board, great service, great British company. Highly recommended

Bought my son a board and cart for his birthday… he loves it!
The board itself is great, battery lasts 5 times as long as his mates and it’s very quick.
Great aftercare as well when I had questions!

Great product and service

I bought my daughter a hover board and a hoverkraft for Christmas. In her own words she said this is the best present ever.
There is a very good range of boards and hoverkrafts to choose from. The delivery was very fast and came within the date stated. The instructions for the hoverkraft set up is simple to follow. I would highly recommend

Soooo impressed with Hoverboard, particularly Emma in Customer Services. The board we had ordered for a Christmas present arrived with a small fault. By the time I noticed it was pretty close to Christmas! Emma responded to my panicked email straightaway and arranged for a swift exchange. All done and dusted in 3 days - could not believe it!! And the board itself is fantastic, my 9 year old has been on it non-stop over this rainy and for us self-isolating Christmas.
She can’t wait to take it outside the house now!

I ordered a hover board last minute, the week before Christmas. I was so impressed, delivery was just 2 days. Many designs to choose, we went for camouflage, my son loves it.

We changed our minds for our little girl’s Xmas present last minute and wanted to return the hoverboard and kart. The customer service was amazing. They refunded the money straight away, in time for Xmas. Extremely happy with the quick service.

Great Service. We have bought 2 hoverboards and our 5 & 8 year old grandsons delighted with them. We made a mistake with colour order with second one and the whole team went above and beyond to get proper colour out as ASAP, even calling back when they had a missed call from me at night! WELL DONE TEAM HOVERBOARD.

After a small shaky start....... not riding but with the Hoverboard itself I can say that I am impressed with the product and the companies customer service. I purchased the Hoverboard for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately within a week one set of lights stopped working. I contacted the company (Emily and Danny) and despite the covid difficulties they sent out a replacement hoverboard no issues. They have communicated clearly and quickly which is refreshing when some companies are using the current pandemic as an excuse to offer poor customer service. I now have a happy daughter, lovely Hoverboard and some jealous brothers....... I will certainly use Emily and Danny again.
