Purchased 3 hoverboards with karts for children in November for Christmas which were delivered quickly. Had an issue with one the second time we used it. Filled in a customer query form and had a reply from Laura within 5 minutes on a Saturday. She was really informative and helpful and after 3 emails back and forth my issue was resolved and the hoverboard was back working as it should. From my (probably) poor video of the issue, she was able to diagnose and advise how to resolve. All in all, resolved in under 45 minutes. Fantastic service. Really please (and relieved!)

Ordered the hoverboard for Christmas but missed the deadline for delivery, emailed to see if there was anyway to get it delivered before Christmas, they managed to get it out the same day and delivered for Christmas.
Overall excellent service

An absolutely exceptional service! I ordered just after the delivery cut off time - but with a brilliant effort from Danny I still managed to get the item the next day. Brilliant advice, excellent service, lovely people. Cannot recommend highly enough 😊

Absolutely 1st class customer service!!!! I placed an order last minute yesterday (please note this was Sunday 22nd of Dec) AM for my 9 year old daughter who last minute had a change of heart and asked for a hoverboard from santa but it had to be a pink galaxy one. Not thinking I would get one anywhere never mind get one in time for Xmas but this team certainly went above and beyond to assist me. I placed the order for the hoverboard on it's own but then my husband informed me that my daughter had asked for the cart too. I quickly sent an email to ask if it would be possible to add this to my order and almost immediately I received a reply including a link for me to add the cart on and pay the difference and I was also able to speak to someone on the phone to confirm that this wouldn't delay in tbe hoverboard being posted. I was assured it would be sent out the same day that I placed the order and true to their word it arrived today just after 1pm! What a team!!! I cannot thank you enough for the outstanding service and I would highly recommend you to anyone. This sort of service is few and far between these days. I can't wait to see my daughter's beaming smile on Xmas Day:) I wish you all a very Merry Christmas:)

Our ten year old grandson has had great fun on his hoverboard - unfortunately it stopped working but as it was under warranty I contacted Laura in customer service. She arranged for it to be fixed free of charge and we only had to pay under £10 for collection by Evri. The hoverboard was returned inside a fortnight fully fixed. Our thanks and appreciation go to Laura & the entire team at Hoverboard UK.

I have been looking for a hoverboard kart for a few weeks. After looking at loads of companies and deals I decided to contact hoverboards due to their excellent reviews on trust pilot via online chat. I was greeted by Claire who was very helpful and helped me choose the best package for my Son. So far impressed.

More excellent service from these. Ordered on Sunday, website didn't fulfill the order, the wonderful Laura dealt with bit (yes on a Sunday!) item delivery was prompt and a quality kart! Top karks

Received hoverboard for my sons birthday was flashing beeping called the team and they was very fast getting problem sorted just needed reseting sent a video nice to speak to humans when buying off line they have email and number available to calk with is fantastic will be making another purchase for my daughter for Christmas 🎄:)

Nothing but great things to say about this company. They provide quality, well built products that actually last. I brought both my children hover boards with kart attachments and they have been amazing. Battery life is brilliant and my children have had endless hours of fun on these. Don’t look for a cheaper site you will instantly regret it. Stick with a business who knows their products and offers great customer service from start to finish and beyond!

Great product and very happy with service. There are many websites selling similar products and many with very similar URLs. I chose this one based on all the positive feedback and overall rating on TrustPilot. I was not disappointed and have an extremely happy child. Not sure I'll be buying another board too soon but if I did, I won't be going anywhere else.

Fantastic customer service. My daughter had a hoverboard from Santa a few years back. She decided she wanted a new seat for her birthday. I ordered the seat to match the board (blue camo). I had the seat for a month and when I opened it I realised the wrong one had been sent. I contacted Hoverboards who were extremely apologetic and sent the correct coloured seat on next day delivery which meant she will have it for her birthday.

Brought our 2nd hoover board from this company for our other boy and the help from Claire via online chat was amazing and she helped me choose correctly and answered all my questions. Had to also return the other board previously as had a small tech error and the customer service and fast turn around for the collection, repair and return was more than I could ask for! Brought from them again today as I feel there trustworthy and reliable and can’t fault the before and after service - fantastic company xx

My son got this hoverboard for his birthday. He absolutely loves it and rides it every day. It is well made and robust. He drives it over gravel and fields. The customer service has been great. They respond very quickly and have helped me when we have lost a part. I very much recommend.

We bought a hoover board for our kids two Xmas’s ago. It has been the envy of all the kids on the street and has been in near constant us (weather permitting). With all the heavy use we’ve gone through a few consumable parts and the company have been very helpful and supportive. Highly recommended.

Bought Two sets of hover boards and go karts for Christmas, had an issue with broken straps on one of the go karts, telephoned with my issue and was told I would receive a set of new straps free of charge. Great customer service Thank you.
