I can highly recommend the fantastic support and service offered by Siobhan and Paul during our remortgage process. Our experience with How? Financial has been outstanding. We are first time buyers and they have made the process run so smoothly and it has been completely stress free. We knew absolutely nothing about buying a property before this and now we feel very comfortable with the process due to how well it has all been explained to us and dealt with.

I would 100% recommend using this company for if you are wanting to purchase a property. They have done absolutely everything for us, to finding mortgage and insurance quotes, applying for these on our behalf and liaising with our solicitors for us to chase things up. The brilliant thing is because we went with the solicitor that they recommended, the solicitor has to adhere to their service levels, meaning that responses to enquires and have come back within a set time frame. This has been such an amazing help for my partner and I because we work full time jobs so we don't always have the time to do the chasing/follow up.

Our administrator Siobhan has been amazing. She always replies really quickly to our emails and answers any questions we've had so well. In addition to this, we've completed the whole process via Zoom, email and post due to us being based in Merseyside and the above shows how well this company works in terms of being able to deal with clients remotely.

First Time buyers and was recommended here. It is a very stressful time moving, however Paul (our mortgage advisor) made the journey easier. He was always there to answer any questions and also contacted us with anything that we needed to do which was really helpful as never done this before.
