John handled my case which was far from easy. To say he helped me all the way through is far from an understatement. He was so understanding and kind, and not like most people who seem to read from a script sheet.

Excellent people & communication skills
Natasha was excellent throughout our claim, explaining everything in detail, especially when I was anxious and finding the situation stressful.
I was always put at ease and reassured.
Communication was 2nd to none, and Natasha was always at the end of the phone, whenever I needed her for any query, no matter how big or small.
I was never made to feel a nuisance throughout, for this, I was very grateful.
