My claim has been going on since the…
My claim has been going on since the end of 2022. No updates, always having to contact them, never have any response.
Had to drive to Leicester from Northampton for a medical, which could have just been done over the phone. When asked for petrol and the time I took off of work. No response. Said the medical examiner they have had was very very rude and didn’t take me seriously at all! Not impressed at all!

We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the independent medical appointment experience.
With it being a specialist medical appointment, sometimes dependant on where you live, it can be a little further to travel than a standard medical appointment. We apologise for the inconvenience.
We note that you were not impressed with the expert on your case who is independent. Your claim was complicated by your reported injuries which unfortunately were not supported by the medical evidence obtained. We have taken on board all of your comments and these were conveyed to the medical expert who unfortunately maintained their opinion.
We have fed all of this back to the medical agency who is completing an investigation into this matter.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to claim back expenses for travel to attend medical examinations as the report is required for you to prove your injuries.

Lack of professionalism-no communication
Had an accident on April 21st 2022. Put in a claim for personal injury. I either do not have a case worker or someone is not doing their job. Communication is poor- nonexistent. Whenever I have called the usual script is ' the person dealing with your claim is on a call' or' they have just left the office'. Each time they say they will call back. This has happened a number of times.

Re Not at Fault Motor Accident
Due to an Accident on the 04/January/2024 that was no fault of mine. My insurance co at the time put me through to an Accident Management co. The third party insurer co we’re dragging their feet regarding my pay out. Jessica at Hoyle law took on my case and as well as explaining everything to me in a way I could understand. Within a week Jessica had sorted everything and informed me that my claim should be paid to me within a week. I would certainly recommend anyone using Hoyle Law especially Jessica. Thank you very much.
