An excellent shop. We play a lot of games and I would recommend Hoyles to anyone who is looking to buy a game. I have been to the shop in person and ordered online.
Ordering online was easy and despatch was quick. No problems. We needed to exchange part of an order because it was a duplicate gift and this was sorted without difficulty. At the same time I asked for advice on an alternative game and received advice about suitable games for the recipient.
This is a great independent business with knowledgeable staff and excellent service.

An excellent service. I was kept updated about when my order would be ready and the order was quickly found and well packaged when I collected it the next day.

Bought a lovely backgammon travel set for my wife’s birthday from Hoyle’s. It’s good quality and she loved it. Played several times while on the road. The only downside is that the rolled fabric struggles to stay flat. But it’s manageable.
