Very pleased with my T-shirt order.
Good quality and arrived quickly.

Never got a response to this mail :
"A year ago, I wanted to order a t-shirt, but i twas impossible to put it in the basket. I sent you an email to resolve the problem, but I never got a response, despite several reminders. So I couldn't place the order.
This year, I tried again and, fortunately, the order went through (on December 9, with a response from an Asian site during payment...). The deadline announced on the site allowed for delivery before Christmas (it was a gift). After 10 days, the tracking on your site didn't allow me to see where the order was. It even said that the package was untraceable. Seeing nothing coming, I sent you an email to find out where the shipment was. I never got a response. The package finally arrived at the beginning of January, too late for the gift. In addition, the quality of the fabric is not satisfactory.
So I am very disappointed by the product and especially by the non-existent customer service. If I treated my customers like you do, I wouldn't have many... So I don't recommend this site and will be doing negative publicity about it on social media."

Have to give a star but truly zero stars. Ordered an item which found out later was discontinued. Charged one amount but refunded less but not before ordering a similar item (spring edition) and having this happen twice. Fool me twice, right!!! Use this review as a way to no purchase. Buyer Beware. Unless you want to give away money. Items still showing to be available. No Customer Service response over a week, 7 emails and 3 bad reviews. Guess they like taking advantage. No answer for the "Customer service" line

Worse company. They are scammers. They charge $50 for a cheap printed thin trousers and won’t return your money. They stop responding to emails to make it right. Don’t buy or you’re loosing your money.

I ordered a personalised travel cup for my granddaughter's birthday and 10 days later it had still not been made according the live chat. They said seasonal hold-up but this was Jan 6th! Luckily I paid with Paypal and they have refunded in full, but the payment went to this company: CÔNG TY TNHH MTV THƯƠNG MẠI ĐẠT THỊNH !! A trading company in Vietnam! So they are probably just ordering from a third party and another tell is that their Facebook page has not been active since 2022. AVOID!!!

Hozzify's communication with me has been exceptional!
I had written a courtesy "Thank You" note to Hozzify for keeping me informed wrt to my pre-Christmas order and the response was immediate and very complimentary. This kind on service and response from and online sales company is highly unusual, but greatly appreciated.
The article was delivered before Christmas by UPS in spite of a Canadian postal strike and was exactly what was ordered. The gift was unique and was warmly received.

From the start it was easy to custome my t- shirt. Had a lot of varieties to choose from. Thet make it so easy for you to select. Great choices. Great customer service from beginning to end. Also keep you updated on the process. And you also receive tracking info. Highly recommend 👌 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🤩 loved my shirt Thank you all

i ordered a "custom designed" mug and after spending the time to design it with the options provided, i was excited to give it to my son as a holiday gift. i was surprised and we were very disappointed to see what it looked like.... the design was so small on the male figure that any features that i had picked out were indistinguishable ... it looked like a monkey hanging out from the side of a car! it did not resemble the picture on the website that was presented to me as the result of my design. i contacted hozzify and was told that there was nothing wrong with the mug and that they would give me 10% off on a future product.. which of course i will not use, as their products are not as featured...

Subpar product and terrible customer service. I ordered a custom tree ornament and it looked like a kindergartener drew it. The scale was also way off. The quality was nothing like they’re online image. When I reached out to the company, they refused to reproduce the item properly or give me a refund. Astonishingly, they actually asked me to “show compassion for them. “

Ornament was great, exactly as shown on website.

I was really excited when I found your website, I wanted my boyfriend to have this cool looking shirt you presented on your site. What I got for the money I spent is a shirt that has a cheap iron on logo and the lettering is the same, it is not what you presented on your site, it looks cheap, and it is cheap, no way can it ever get put in the dryer or the logo you ironed on will come off.. I will not be recommending your site to anyone. I spent a total of 40.00 on that shirt and shipping, I was expecting something much better than what one of my kids could produce. Thanks

I submotted my order for a bday razorback for her bday. Within 2 days, i received a text and email sayimg they were out of stock on the color i picked.
I am not one to keep up with my personal email, soo am so glad Kelly also texted apoligizing and askimg for a 2nd choice.
I gave her 2 options and asked her to pick what color qould go best with a blonde person and also wìth the colors that were printes on the shirt. It turned out better than iI expected! Due to fast customer service, and fast ship out...i will definetly use this company for all my Jeep shopping!
Ps- Ordered another shirt from a different company amd of course it will not be here in time for the bir-f-day party.....rrrrr

The ornament that we ordered was adorable. It arrived in a timely manner.
