Advised up to 15 working days for delivery, surprised when it arrived earlier than that.

I saw bad write ups for customer service a few years back but my experience was excellent. After some initial delay/difficulty in contact them I found them helpful, responsive and honorable. My battery had been promptly delivered and well packed back in December but I had not got to look at it until Feb. When I did there was a problem. The main battery function worked very well but it lacked features sometimes needed for booting my laptop. As an engineer I was able to be very specific about the problem and they quickly came back and offered a refund. This arrived in only a few days. I am happy with the outcome and would definitely use them again if one of my other laptops needs a battery.

Battery arrived sooner than expected, bonus of couple of screwdrivers included. Numerous YouTube to guide replacement and apart from failing eyesight and very small screws a very easy and successful installation. Time will be the true judge.

I ordered my HP laptop battery on the 4th March and it arrived the next day, fully functioning and ready to use. Can't really say any better than that, good price too.

Excellent. Prompt communication, fast delivery. Bought a HP Omen battery replacement for £35, I didn't expect much of it given the price but it's actually holding quite well, around 4h on a Gaming laptop, full performance settings. Its not branded so will use it responsibly at least at the beginning. Would definetly recommend Hplaptopbattery! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Arrived 2 days after placing order & fitted in under 30 minutes (Youtube videos very helpful & screwdriver provided) The battery is giving 2 to 3 hours use on a full charge which is quite acceptable. All for less than £30. Great value & would buy again. Thank you.

Had a battery for my HP Laptop, not had it 18 months and its just died, orginal battery lasted 4 years.

It turned up when they said (which is surprising with EVRI), well packaged. I used YouTube for fitting instructions...simple. Charged it and now i am using my laptop free of cables again. Thank you, battery is working a treat.

Laptop battery arrived earlier than originally advised and fitted perfectly, made easy by small screwdriver supplied with battery. After reboot, laptop works perfectly and now has a full 6 hours of use away from its charger.

Product arrived before expected and looks to be of good quality, it did have two extra locating lugs than the original that stopped it from from fitting properly, but once I had removed them it locked in and every thing is working fine. good battery life of 2.5 hours.
