I'm not sure what these are like to work for but my son went for two interviews first interview they told him that night he didn't get the job after a week they rang him back to go for a another 2nd interview which looked promising and the ladies made him believe they was taking him on as a trial run & give him a chance which obviously got his hopes up and well so did his family when he told us what they said comes to that night no reply from the company and waiting few more days still no response from them they didn't even call or email him to even say that thank you for attending a 2nd interview but you haven't been successful I believe if someone is giving you there time then you can give them the time back to give feedback it's like if i was buying my first first car from you,you would be expecting my feedback on your service? I'm thankful they give my son a chance of an interview but like I mentioned above that cummication of feedback would of been better than leaving a young lad who really did have his hopes up!

Sirak was an absolute star all the way through the process.He listened to my requirements and worked out a brilliant deal. We’ve been buying from HPL for well over 15 years. We won’t go anywhere else because they are the best at what they do. The 3 year warranty price is perfect too and well worth a look at. I can’t thank Sirak enough for finding me my perfect car for the best price.

My car salesman, Adrian, was absolutely amazing. None pushy, caring, reasonable, understanding and very very helpful. Adrian was able to answer all of my questions and a very personal way. Adrian was always willing to help wherever he could.

We dealt with Andy Anchor at the Oldham branch. Andy was very friendly and professional from the moment we viewed the car we wanted. Andy arranged the finance, and kept us up to date with the process calling us with updates.

Travelled up from the south to purchase a car from HPL in Oldham, Kyle was great in helping to get everything sorted so we were able to take the car home the following day. Great personal service, went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations.

Buying a car with HPL was a great experience. There was no pushy sales staff, we had a leisurely look around. When we decided on the car we wanted to look at we were introduced to Charlie, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and great at his job. I would highly recommend buying your next car from HPL.

A team of genuinely nice people - something many car sales firms lack. Dealt with a couple of the team, primarily Adrian and had a fantastic experience. Adrian kept regular contact and ensured I was up to date with everything throughout. Down to the last day, he made a conscious effort to ensure this experience was as pleasant as possible while securing a car that exceeds my expectations. It’s clear the team are very particular about what stock they take on to ensure the quality remains a high standard for their clients. Thanks again!

Absolute joke this company, they part exchanged my vehicle 3 weeks ago and still haven’t settled my finance the vehicle we purchased although a good car
So far, had only one key, which we were not aware of, badly scratched alloys, which we did not see on initial inspection, we asked for fuel to be added (at our cost) which it wasn’t and there were 0 miles in it. Customer service and after care is an absolute joke and still haven’t received corrected paperwork for the purchase as they got all the registration numbers wrong in the original purchase paperwork. Avoid avoid avoid. They are a nasty joke

Nice garage and selection of cars - dissapointingly poor customer service after money has been sent.

Joe was great on the day. After full payment was sent, every email and call was ignored over the next couple of weeks. I was even chasing for confirmation the evening before I was hoping to collect the car after there had been a delay. They'll offer various warranties, I asked for the details to be sent to me for consideration - ignored. I'm still unaware where to find my vehicles service history.

Despite being passed on their 128-point vehicle checks, Aircon wasn't working the first time I tried to use it which was highly frustrating.

Positively, the service centre were good at helping me sort this and I could do it locally instead of driving all the way back. They sent a refund, but again they didn't bother to confirm this had been approved, I can just see I have recieved it.

Poor communication seems to be the theme. They'll ask you to write your review on the day of collection which is obviously when everyone is happy. Go back far enough in the reviews and these issues seem consistent over time. An email or return call isn't a big ask when people are committing to large amounts of money.

All this aside, now the aircon is sorted, I am very happy with the car I got from them. Just dissapointed in the service after.

So pleased with how easy the whole process was made by Adrian’s help. He even went above and beyond by going to another show room to collect the car we was interested in whilst we waited. Would highly recommend a visit and ask for Adrian.

What a fantastic dealership. It's the first time that we"ve been and were made to feel very welcome from the start. The selection of cars is good but more critically, the focus on customer service is outstanding. No pushy hard sales just trying to delight the customer. Great service from Adrian at the Oldham branch. He got the car sorted for me to take away in a day, brilliant would absolutely recommend.

Very bad experience with this company. I waited more than seven weeks for my refund. Every time I contacted them, I was promised it would be returned within 3–5 working days, but nothing happened. Eventually they stopped answering my calls completely.
I only got my money back after opening a bank dispute. I also felt pressured into paying the deposit and was asked why I came there if I wasn’t ready to buy a car immediately.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
