My first experience would have been a 1 star, this was a few months ago and the person I spoke with really did not know anything and confused me and disconnected the call as she really was out of their depth. Moving forward Brittney was extremely helpful and took extra time to explain things but I still had some gaps. Omar was 5 star, he explained the last few items. I think there is still work to be done on the whole procedure of the grant, understanding the process, distribution of funds, having to pay tax on the 40K and all the extra fees but this is more of the mechanics and not a reflection of Omar and Brittney.

My experience with Gabby was absolutely wonderful. This woman went above and beyond to help me time after time. Even though I was not her direct client, Gabby stepped in to help me understand the situation and requirements in just one phone call. She also immediately connected with the home builder to get everyone on the same page quickly. She reached out to follow up and made herself available after hours so that we could achieve a deadline. Gabby genuinely cares about the people she is helping and steps in for her team when needed, not just once, but until the job is complete. She is a super valuable asset to the HPP Cares team and I feel lucky to had her help along the way. She really made a difference for me!

This is the first manager that I have actually received help from. He was very informative and was prompt in returning my call.

Katherine initially informed that I have been awarded the grant. Jhon set up the meeting with Omar. Omar followed it up today explaining which type of work can be funded with the grant and which ones will not qualify. All have been very cordial in their conversations with me. I am excited to work with them for the duration of the project.

Omar was very nice and took his time to explain everything to me and answer to all my questions.

The organization kept on reaching out to make sure the process was going well and we were understanding the process

I can't write enough about the experience I had working with HPP Cares, but what I will say is that they really do care. I spoke with Jasmin Catbagan and no matter how confused I was and asked her to repeat herself she took her time and explained the process until I understood it completely. She was kind and patient no matter how many times I asked her to repeat it or how many times I clarified it. I also spoke with Katherine People's last year and she was exceptional as well. Overall, my experience has been great and I'm sure it will continue throughout the ADU build. Thanks HPP Cares.

I had a call with Jasmin Catbagan today to clarify all the information I needed. She went above and beyond to help me. Super responsive and incredibly caring with regard to helping me understand all of options and talking it through. I also spoke to Katherine Peoples last year when I commenced the program and found her to be equally helpful and responsive. I'm very impressed and reassured by the whole team and look forward to being able to complete my ADU with their help. Thank you!

I appreciate Diana Chan quick response to help me with my invoices concerns. She's always very sweet, polite and a pleasure to deal with. She is very professional and knows what she's doing.

Good customer service! I received support for the ADU Grant process when I needed it.

Very professional people. All My questions were answered and the staff was very helpful in guiding me when I needed.

It has been difficult at times to get definitive answers from HHPCARES. I know they are trying to help many people. From my perspective, the lack of timely payment of invoices to my ADU contractor was negatively impacting our project. Then came Gabriela, who in one or two calls explained all of my issues, then proceeded to fast track my invoices so that I now feel confident that my contractor will be paid on time.

Sofia provided detailed information on the program. Provided me with great customer service. Looking forward to working with her and the company.

My 1:1 with Cecilia was very informative and as a result, I can make informed decision about home purchasing power.

I have called several times to request àn update on my file. Today I was transferred to Gabriela. I spoke with Gabriela briefly because I was driving. She assured me that I could call her back. (I was nervous about ending the call) Gabriela stood by her word. l called her back, (after five) AND SHE ANSWERED) with a very pleasant, patient voice willing to help. I appricated the kindess. The young lady that answered the phone (name I am not sure of Gev.) was exceptionnel also. Thanks to the two of these young ladys today. They are both good with handling issues!!! Liz Norris
