I have been a member for a few years now and there is so much great stuff to talk about. The expertise from Daniel and his team is outstanding, networking with other HR professionals from all sectors is invaluable, the resources available are exceptional and really helps to keep me up to date and current. The confidence the HR Inner Circle gives me is worth every penny. It's an investment which all employers should give their HR teams.

The HR Inner Circle is a hugely valuable resource. There are so many benefits to it. Daniel has a massive range of incredible talents and his advice, knowledge and ability to consistently impart complex, tricky information and areas of employment law simply and effectively is astonishing. The supporting team, to include Jennie and Mel are super efficient, friendly, helpful and they often go above and beyond to help. Guest speakers such as Darren Newman and Gillian Howard are also exceptional. I hugely respect what the HRIC offers on a personal and professional level and cannot rate it highly enough. Don’t hesitate to join!!

I signed up to Daniel's email service about 25 years ago, and the HR Inner Circle when it was formed. As an independent HR Consultant, the support that Daniel and his, ever increasing, team provide, works at both an individual knowledge level, as we well as providing resources we can use with our clients. It's professional and pragmatic - and gives us access to like minded HR Professionals who are happy to share their own knowledge and experiences. If you are an independent HR Consultant you can't afford not to be in the HR Inner Circle.

I went self employed about a year and a half ago and joined the inner circle in September 2024. The support from the IC community is second to none. There are so many tools and resources and you have all your CPD in one place. It's helped my confidence enormously and the connections I've made have been invaluable. An unexpected delight is that I've had so much work from the community that it has more than paid for the membership. I have also found an amazing ADHD coach who is part of the community. With the amount of employment law changes I feel as though Ive got everything I need and a team behind me.

Having heard about Daniel Barnet and HR Inner Circle a number of years ago, I decided to join the Employment Webinars held in March 2021, which covered a range of topics, to find out a bit more. From that point, HR Inner Circle became my go to place for clear, practical understandable support. The Vault now provides access to a lot of resources, there is access to frequent informative webinars with Daniel and others, and Jenny and the team are always helpful.

This group is the perfect place for any HR professional who is looking for support but also to stay ahead of employment law changes. There is an abundance of resources available which are super useful.

If you haven't joined the HR Inner Circle all I can say is do it. It is worth every penny. The information and help that you receive is unbelievable. I really can't recommend it enough. If you work in HR it is a must.

In more than three decades working in HR, I’ve never come across a support network as strong as this one. The resources are constantly evolving, shaped by real feedback from the members who use them. The team genuinely listens, adapts, and delivers. It’s exceptional value and an outstanding place to build connections.

the HR Inner Circle is an absolute godsend for those working in HR. Issues that arise are not always "textbook" and require a different approach. There are so many members who can advise and guide on those unique situations (which perhaps ultimately are not so unique after all!) and of course Daniel Barnett himself.
