Tamanna was informative, making me aware of what actions would improve my injury and my part in that.

Marij Khokhar is so lovely. She explained things to me very well and gave me certain exercises to help strengthen my lower back and legs. Gentle exercise that has made a world of difference to my particular muscle problems. Very proffessional, polite and friendly. Highly recommended. These exercises will stay with me for life now. Fantastic service and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much.

Tamanna was extremely professional and caring. Friendly and sympathetic to my problem. My treatment was uncomfortable but very effective. Its true that there is no gain without a little pain and worked for me.

I have had a number of sessions with Tamanna Tasnim earlier this year after injuring my back. I needed it to be better so that I could walk a marathon in May. Not only is my back fully restored and pain free I know what exercises to do to care for my back and keep it strong. Tamanna is professional and was able to identify the muscle groups affected immediately. She gave me time and information. She also worked on the area to relieve pain and provide me with greater flexibility. I'm very impressed with the service provided and how easy it is to get an appointment and treatment.

I saw Anu today for a steroid injection in my foot, I was dreading it never had anything like this done before. Anu was very chatty and made sure I was okay whilst doing the injection. Very professional and knowledgeable. It was 100% worth the hour journey to see her.

Had an on going issue with pain in my upper rear leg ,which has gradually become more pronounced over that last few months. It was beginning to compromise my car driving. My GP referred me to an initial triage appointments which suggested a ham string injury. This was followed by an appointment with a NHS physiotherapist Tananna Tasnim.
Taanna was very polite and professional and after an examination provide details of a series of exercises to be done twice a day at home ,which only took a few minutes to to. After 10 days the difference was amazing - a star 👍👍

Marij helped me understand what was happening to cause pain and showed me how to do the exercises to help.

The physiotherapist that treated me it was caring, thoughtful and listened to all I have been through for the past few months. She checked my back, my mobility, the strength of my pain, all in a very respectful and relaxed manner. She also did diet, healthy recommendations and an exercise and stretching routine program which I followed . She keep seeing me until I fell better and gave me advice in how to cope if pain comes back. Really helpful service and important to our health care system to keep them going and improve our quality of life as we get older. Thanks so much for being there.

I had an appointment with Tamanna,after my rotary cuff operation,she welcomed me in ,explained everything to me what my aim was without pushing myself to hard ,gave me exercises to carry out at home which was very helpful,so thank you very much for the treatment,it was 1st class,👍

Dhruvika was fantastic throughout my Physio. Very caring, friendly, conscientious and listened each week to any concerns I had.
The exercises I was given each week were tailored to my needs and always clearly explained so I knew exactly what I was doing.
I left each week feeling looked after and the pain eased with each visit.
The team as a whole were more than accommodating and made sure I was able to attend appointments at times best suited to me and my travel to get there.
