Hard to contact for Returns

Edit: They responded to my request to return the day I posted here and the refund was processed, so trustworthy. Just hard to connect with.

Hi I wanted to order directly from the HSIA website to prevent scams. I received my order and they were beautiful. HOWEVER, some versions of bras that I ordered did not suit me, so I wanted to initiate a return. I have tried to reach out through their online chat, emails, and multiple social media accounts, and NO responses. It has been 12 days since my initial message and I am worried that they will not honor their return policy.

I ordered a bra and matching panties

I ordered a bra and matching panties. Only the bra was delivered. The last time I did this the bra and panties ( the bra was delivered to my address and the panties to another address). This may have been an error by the delivery people because both parcels had the same address .

Company has responded positively.

Delivery was swift. However, the company response is awful. Since receiving my order, I’ve attempted several times to initiate a refund as the bras don’t fit properly. Per their online instructions, I’ve emailed them with “urgent” in the subject line. I’ve checked my spam folder. The company has simply failed to respond to my email requests to provide a return address so that I can return their merchandise and receive my refund. I don’t want to involve my credit card company, but HSIA is not giving me too much of a choice. I just want to return their merchandise and receive my refund.

Since my initial review, the company has contacted me. The issue has been resolved.

I enjoy shopping for bras on HSIA. The prices are reasonable and they seem to always have my size. All I can say is..Kindly keep it up. I own 6 HSIA bras and every one of them are comfortable. Thank you!!

Still waiting for a my return request to be completed

Wrote a review on trustpilot out of frustration as did not receive an email reply after multiple emails to request a refund. Eventually I got a response on my trustpilot review, with an email reply finally sent to me. The response was automated, STILL did not give me a return label, and I have replied to the email requesting a return but no response. Back to square one. I expect that if my return was finally sent back to the company, the refund process would be just as diabolical.

Unresponsive to Return Emails

UPDATE:

While I did receive an email to start my return, it was the same information I had already sent in. Then they promptly ghosted me again.

It seems the only way to handle a return is to file a chargeback. I will no longer be ordering from them as they lied about their return policy.

This is my first time needing to return an item for HSIA, as all my other orders fit. Since I’d had good experience in the past, I trusted their return policy. However, I’ve made multiple attempts to start the return process with no response from the company. At this point, it’s easier to file a charge back with my credit card company than actually get a response from HSIA.

After doing a big of digging, this isn’t a one off experience. I’ve discovered other posts where people haven’t been able to get in contact for returns.

Disappointing Experience with Customer Service and Returnseave a negative…

I really hate to leave a negative review, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. While the company claims to offer an easy return policy if the bra doesn’t fit or work for you, in practice it’s anything but easy.

I followed their size chart, but it wasn’t accurate for me, and I had to return a few items. Despite their stated policy, the return process has been unnecessarily difficult. I’ve emailed them four times over the past 3 weeks about a return, and I still haven’t received a response.

This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service. If a company offers a flexible return policy, they should honor it — and at the very least, respond to customer inquiries. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them

Great product, great company always make sure you are satisfied !

When I had lost weight and was between sizes and unsure they sent me new bras until sizing was correct.. I was so impressed by their desire to make sure my bras fit perfectly and their service team is incredible with correspondence… I highly recommend purchasing for HSIA on an ongoing basis 🙌👏👏👏👏

I want a refund but they do not respond

I received my order and the same asked for a refund because it doesn't fit. I email them everyday asking how to get to do the return so I can get a refund and never get a response I got a respond once like 2 weeks asking if I wanted to exchange it and I do not. But they do not ever respond in how to do the getting and to get a refund. I will never order from them again directly.

Bad with returns/exchanges

I ordered the wrong size, didn't open, wanted to return or exchange. I already ordered the right size. I have been trying to reach someone to do the return/exchange ever since and absolutely no response!

I love being able to find bras in my…

I love being able to find bras in my size that are sexy and cute and comfortable. And without the hassle of going into a store. They arrive on time. My only issue is I find that the wires can sometimes pop out on one side. And I then am so devastated. I love these bras otherwise.
