Returns are impossible, no response at all from customer support
I have a very specific set of requirements I look for in bras because my size is constantly changing due to pregnancy and nursing and also just having a bigger bust. The bras I bought didn't work out for me and I needed to return them but they haven't responded at all and it's been over a week. I tried email and live chat with no response. I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you know 110% that you will like the bra.

Surprisingly Great
When my order wasn’t delivered the first time, I was worried they wouldn’t follow through. But their customer support was excellent and they replaced them right away and required verification of delivery the second time which was amazing. I also find these bras to be some of the best I’ve ever owned especially for the price. I’m really happy overall :)

Invest in a decent shipping company in Aus, or don’t bother
Wish this company would invest in using a reputable courier in Australia, instead of the known scam that is PFL.
When paying the amount I am, I shouldn’t need to chase up both HSIA and PFL to find out the status of my order, which was sent to the depot nearest me, and then back to the main warehouse three hours from me. I have reached out numerous times to pfl to recieve no reply, and recieved a condescending reply from HSIA that included a screenshot of my order tracking (which is what i’d already sent them to say my order had reached a stalemate, and had not progressed in several days and had instead regressed, to which they told me to “learn patience, and wait for days”. Mind you my delivery time frame ended 6 days ago.

I have purchased from this brand a few times…
I have purchased from this brand a few times and it has been great. I recently had a change in size (due to weight loss) and they were able to help me find the size that best fits me. Also they were really kind about it, even allowing me to donate the bras that did not fit to bless someone else. Now I have a size that fits and someone else has access to this type of bra.
