The bras are so flimsy. The fabric is not quality. No idea how you can advertise with CardiB at the size she is, these are total unsupportive. I'm only a C cup. I did not feel confident in a supportive form look on a shirt.
Also, the back was 'scartchy' and irritating

All of my bras are way too big
All of my bras are way too big. I tried the chat and was not able to chat with live person. There is not a working telephone number that I have located to speak with Customer Service at HSIA. I wanted to switch out a bra then finally, I emailed back that I accepted the replacement process and STILL NO TEST BRA YET.
I spent over $200 in bras from you all and I cannot speak with anyone nor can I get a response to my issue. This is my first order with your company...So sad!

Great support, fit and customer service!
After losing over 100lbs, I have been having trouble finding bras that fit and provide good support. I was sent to HSIA by a friend who had also lost a lot of weight and I was hesitant to order at first. Once I received the bras I ordered, I tried them on. I LOVED the fit and support, but they were still a bit big. I reached out to support and they were so good about handling my exchange. I found the right size and got all of the styles replaced. I am very satisfied and will refer many others to HSIA!

MOST LOVELY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
I had the best experience with this company ever. I thought I knew my size 40F and it turns out that they were a bit tight with some spillage. So, I reached out to the customer service team at HSIA and they did not disappoint.
Their reply only took a few days and they were so detailed with the steps on how to exchange. They helped me get a proper size. And they even sent me 2 different sizes to try.
Long story short, they are very worth purchasing through them.
The fabrics are so soft and I have never felt so comfortable in a bra before. The descriptions on the bras are very accurate.
I definitely will be ordering again from here!

The website needs work...
The website freezes a lot and i have to continually refresh the page and have to scroll down all the way to where I was browsing... also, when searching for a specific size, it'd be nice if only in-stock items showed up, or for in-stock items would be an option.
