Good service, friendly helpful staff.
Although they were busy, the staff made us feel welcome but free to look around the store ourselves until they were free to help. The staff were helpful and informative guiding our choice but allowing time to try each chair before deciding.

Excellent service
We were greeted at the door and made to feel very welcome. We were shown round all the products by the very knowledgeable ladies in the store. They were all so kind, happy and helpful. We came away having made our purchase and had a fun time doing it.

On arrival the shop door was opened for us. Our client consultant Lynn welcomed us with a friendly smile, which put us at ease straight away. She was very knowledgeable and listen to all our requirements which in turn helped us to choose our perfect sofa. All the staff at the Rotherham branch of HSL were very friendly.

Exceptional service
We called at the showroom looking for an armchair that would better support my 91 year old husband and were amazed at the different sizes on offer to fit people of different frames. Once we found the design that suited best, there was a wide choice of fabric and leather coverings, plus recliner options, wired and battery operated... The furniture is custom made in a Yorkshire factory. The in store service was exceptional. Lynn was knowledgable, friendly and very patient. We spent a long time in the store making our purchase decision over a cup of tea. We went looking for one chair and ended up ordering 3!

Lovely experience in the showroom
Lovely experience in the showroom at Wickersley Rotherham and because I can hardly walk and only with a rollator they provided a taxi service to the showroom there and back. That is excellent service.
I wasn't rushed trying the chairs and eventually chose the Aysgarth recliner and a most beautiful blue/indigo fabric.
I am so pleased with the chair. It isn't the first time I have purchased a recline and am just as delighted with this purchase as I was with the previous one.

Staff where very helpful and we where not rushed, we where given the time to try as many chairs as we want to We where also offer a drink, very nice experience. Thank you.
