Ordered a jersey in July and still no sign. Emailed them and no word back. Stay away!

Shipping was pretty prompt, even here in the UK. Jersey quality is top-notch—can’t fault it.

I ordered a Fontaines Bohs jersey with a 20% discount code, I thought this was an Irish site. I read the reviews here and got worried, thought I might have been ripped off. The jersey arrived after 17 days. It looks perfect, identical to a real one. It arrived by An Post tracked delivery.

Ordered a Lions jersey from this sham company in June for the lions games. Nearing the end of August I have still no jersey. My email of yesterday was answered with we are reissuing your order. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAQUE !!!!!!!!!

Surprised how quick the delivery was—they packed it well, and it arrived in great condition. Lads love it!

Warning: Chinese imported counterfeit jerseys. My €80 order was seized by Revenue & destroyed. I have a very upset 10 year old waiting for over 3 weeks for his kit and now he has nothing to show for it but an €80 hole in his savings. No customer service email so no refund. Disgusted at myself for ordering from here.

Ordered a kilkenny jersey, when it arrived it had limerick written on the back and a kilkenny and limerick logo on the front. Paid €51 plus delivery and a very disappointed child who spent his birthday money on it. Outrageous and even worse customer service. Appalling

I strongly advise stay away from this seller. They offer counterfeit products at the price of genuine ones. I contacted an official retailer and was advised to stay away, confirming that “hubirish” does not sell their authentic jerseys. After placing my order, the tracking number originated from China, where identical jerseys are available for a fraction of the price. The jersey I received was of poor quality, damaged and had black dots S if it was sprayed with something. When I attempted to initiate a return, my request was completely ignored.

Ordered an item over a month ago, I have tried emailing, no response, no Item and out of pocket. Beware....

Waiting 6 weeks for my order. No customer service response, no contact number, tracking link didn't work. Stay well away

Ordered a retro jersey 8 weeks ago and it has never arrived despite being promised in 10 days. Tracking link supplied was defunct and full of malware so I contact company when order was late. Despite an initial response apologising and saying order would be with me shortly (5 weeks ago) I have heard nothing from the company since. I have sent 8 emails in total. I have now had to contact my bank to do a chargeback as in my opinion this is a fraudulent company which most likely originates in China as despite the “Irish” front the company is not registered anywhere in the EU. At best this is a hit and miss drop selling company BUT it should not be used unless you want to lose your money and get zero customer service when trying to resolve.

Be careful. I ordered the buy 2 and get the 3rd free. After a month nothing arrived. Then I followed up. I was told they arrived in a snotty email. I asked for proof and nothing came back. I then threatened. To date I’ve received 1 of the 3 jerseys last week as they blamed the courier and then said they would be resent. They couldn’t care less. They are not Irish. The items came from Germany. To date since the 19th June, I’ve sent approx. 27 emails. I’m still out of pocket. AVOID AT ALL Cost!! The old phrase if it seems too good to be true etc. They should be called Sub Irish as everything is below par! Careful everyone!!!!

Not a real shop - do not buy here! I didn't realise when buying a jersey that this site is not based in Ireland. It looks like an Irish site but it's based in China. I ordered an item, got a confirmation email of my order, and was told items would take 11 to 14 business days. The 14 days passed and I contacted the "Support" line and no response. Nothing. I've now read the fine print and seen you are responsible for any Customs charges as well. I have no idea if my order will ever show up, what it will look like, but as it stands it's been a complete con job. No support, terrible service, don't buy there.

Note: Just as an update, since this initial review I've sent several further requests to HubIrish looking for any form of an update, but no replies, complete silence. They've taken the money, nothing delivered, no discussion of a refund. Awful, awful to deal with.

Note 2: In spite of many many attempts to contact HubIrish there are no replies to mails. I'll continue to update here as I try to contact them, but it is likely a complete scam. Do not buy here.

In May, I ordered X2 vests (worth £83.98) with HubIrish.
I received an incorrect order (X1 jersey).
I contacted HubIrish on 22 June and asked them to arrange to send my the order and advise what to do with the incorrect item received.
They responded super quickly (on the same day) and confirmed that they would arrange for the correct order to be sent out to me "ASAP".
It is now 7 August: I have not received the correct order, nor received any further responses to my multiple emails asking for updates/confirmation that the correct order would be sent.

After what I thought was a great response in June, HubIrish have taken my money and not provided the ordered item.

Don’t go near this site. 4 months now of emails and still haven’t received my items. For every 5 emails I send they send back one with vague updates. It’s a scam.

Picked up the ‘Up the Ra’ vintage-style tee for a friend. Bold design, great quality – he hasn’t shut up about it since. Delivery was grand too.

Got one of the Irish flag beanies for winter – simple but solid. Wore it on a trip to New York and got loads of compliments.
