Compré la prueba de una semana por 2€ (que no daba para nada casi) y luego se me cobraron 27€ automaticamente, aunque supuestamente estoy suscrito al plan Pro que cuesta 8€.

Prácticas cómo mínimo abusivas, cobrar más de lo que se debería + ambiguedad en cuanto a la suscripción
(si estás pagando por probar los servicios 1 semana no debería tratarse cómo una prueba gratis y cobrarte al pasar la semana, está pobremente explicado y lleva a confusión)

I have attempted to cancel for 3 months. They do NOT respond. They are a scam.

Got scammed through their free trial. They got unauthorized money from my bank account like i ordered their abbonement but i cancelled immediately. Noticed my bank and paypal right away to stop payments and get the money back. They wont answer to emails

They stole all the money in my acount, 7 days free of BetterSpeak and after that they, without my permission take usd 60 from my acount, that usd 60 it was what I have to finish the month, and I lose them, please taht every people know it, Hubx is criminal company

I don't know how they did it but my phone just got me to sign up to their chatbot app for a year, while it was in my pocket. I asked google for a refund, no help. I emailed Hubx customer support, no response. This is borderline scam!

Absoluter Scam und Paypal Käuferschutz hilft nicht einmal.

Ren svindel. Du kjøper en generert film for 1,99 $ noen dager etter tar de bare 30 $ fra kortet ditt uten noe varsel. Du kan ikke logge inn og avbestille, så du må stenge kort eller paypalkonto.

SCAM! They stole 29.99€ from my card this night!
When I contacted their customer support to demand a refund, they completely refused to return my money, using automated and hidden terms to justify this theft. This is a highly deceptive and predatory business practice ("dark patterns") designed to steal money from users. Do not trust HubX, do not download DaVinci AI, and do not give them your card details! I am currently disputing this charge with my bank and reporting them to consumer protection authorities. Highly unprofessional and a complete scam!

Scam. Same as everyone else, tried a trial for $1.99. Went through cancellation process and now charging me anyway.

I cannot cancel my subscription or reach anyone. I have closed my charge authorization and will Report to my bank if another charge shows up. It is fraud.

Signed up for a trial, got auto-renewed into a paid plan, and cancelling is hidden on purpose. Had to stop the charges through PayPal myself. Deceptive billing — avoid.

I subscribed to DaVinci AI only because I wanted to test its AI video generation. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The generated videos were far below the quality advertised and nowhere near what I expected from a paid AI platform.

To make matters worse, my subscription was automatically renewed. I noticed the charge almost immediately and contacted support right away, explaining that I only wanted to try the service and had no intention of keeping the subscription. Despite this, my refund request was rejected without any flexibility or consideration.

This company seems far more focused on keeping customers' money than on earning their trust. The support team simply hides behind their refund policy instead of treating customers fairly. A business that is confident in its product should not have to rely on rigid policies to keep dissatisfied customers paying.

I regret ever subscribing. The product failed to meet my expectations, the customer service was disappointing, and the overall experience left me feeling ignored. I cannot recommend DaVinci AI to anyone. There are far better AI platforms with higher-quality results and customer support that actually values its users.

I started a trial with HUBX and cancelled almost immediately - asking for my $1.99 to be refunded. They didn't refund the $1.99 and a month later they billed me for $29.99. This company is ripping people off left, right and centre. I believe they have an office in Istanbul, Turkey, so I have reported them to the Turkish Embassy in London. I urge everyone not to get involved with this company, unless you want to get scammed out of your hard earned money.

Achtung, SCAM!!! Man tätigt einen einmaligen Kauf und sofort buchen sie wieder ab, weil man angeblich ein Abo abgeschlossen hat, was aber gelogen ist. Mein Fall: Auf Facebook hat diese Firma damit geworben, 500 Videoclips zu 19,99 zu verkaufen. Diese habe ich einmalig erworben. Was aber dann im Download war, waren nur 100 Clips. Auf meine Nachfrage, wann die anderen 400 Clips kommen, gab es bis heute keine Antwort. Das ist Scam Nummer 1. Scam Nummer 2 fiel mir heute auf, weil das HUBX, auch unter Hyperscale bekannt, eine angebliche Abogebühr bei meinem Paypal Konto abgebucht hat (29,99 Dollar). Ich habe Paypal sofort informiert und die Rückbuchung angeordnet. Bloß Finger weg, ich werde die Sache auch zur Anzeige bringen wegen Internet-Betrugs!

I wouldn’t even consider downloading an app from this company in view of the derogatory remarks made about women in its ads. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This company is a complete fraud. I never even heard of them until I just got a notification advising I gave HubX authorization to debit my account for first $15 US and then $30 US .. This is just crazy!! How do they have my info 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have been trying for months to cancel this program a ND get a refund. It will not allow me in the program to cancel. I have sent a message thru email a few times and still taking money out of my account. Do not get Involved with this company

It is fraudalant. They advertised a yoga 1 week free programme. And then just deducted some fees. Did put in complaint but they do not respond.
