I liked having the opportunity to have a fashion expert suggest things an old guy (74) might like to wear. I was curious to see how close someone could come to nailing my fashion sense.
I appreciated the quick response.
There wasn’t anything suggested that really made me sit up and take notice except for the chukkas.

I have high expectations for customer service. When the manufacturer would not honor their product, Huckberry (where I purchased) immediately responded and resolved my issue in one email. Phenomenal. As a Huckberry fan already, it’s service like this that makes customers for life.

Huckberry Customer Service has been phenomenal. They not only respond to your questions, but they will also go into depth. Their responses come across as they actually care about their customer service and not just trying to answer your questions and move onto the next. That it's more than just making a sell.

The customer service was amazing and I am very happy that there are still companies like this.

Customer service is a 10/10! I made an embarrassing mistake and purchased 2 of the same thing… when I saw how much my card was charged I thought my discount wasn’t honored so I reached out. They kindly let me know the discount was applied but I accidentally bought 2 and helped me!

Always has the best, coolest and newest product on the market for the casual man. If you’re looking for variety, uniqueness, and swagger start here. Everything you could need for guy who enjoys life outdoors but wants to look like he wasn’t raised outdoors, in the wild.

I’ve purchased clothes from Huckberry a couple of times. Great Clothes, long lasting, stylish, and comfortable. This last time I purchased a different size on a couple of items; long story short, I needed to exchange and during that process one pair of pants didn’t get credited. I contacted customer support and a resolution took place extremely quick. It’s nice to find good clothes with outstanding support.

The pants I bought had a hole in them after ten months of wear. I figured I’d try to see if they could do anything and they SENT ME A NEW PAIR FOR FREE! Great customer service and I love their clothes. Will buy from them again!

The Huckberry service team quickly addressed my small, but important, issue I had with my order. Clear communication and swift action is rare these days in customer service. I will be a repeat customer of Huckberry.

I've contacted Customer Support I think twice. Once for a shipping issue and once for a quality issue with the stretch selvedge jeans. Both times they simply rushed shipped a new item, no problem. No hassle. And the jeans issue was minor. I didn't know what to expect - but they took care of it.

I emailed the customer service team with a question about timing of a shipment of an order I was going to place.
I received a prompt reply with a thorough explanation that allowed me to make an informed decision about when to submit my order so I would receive it after I returned from a trip.

Huckberry has the best customer service out there. Had a small issue with my order outside their normal business hours. I sent an email explaining the issue and by the next day the issue was solved. Highly recommend their site and service!
