Hughes Manchester Reviews 

The jumper advertised on Facebook was not what I received. Totally different neckline and too small for a 12/14. Nothing like what the model wears or how it looks. I wished I had read the reviews beforehand thinking that this was local. It’s either a scam or just bad advertising 😡

Whilst the jumper itself is nice, I don't think I've ever bought such a badly made product. All the stitching is hanging loose and a £30 jumper would cost £25 to send back. Should not be allowed to trade.

Absolutely disgraceful company. False advertising, they are not UK based and no way will you ever receive a Full refund.
I spend £85 and received goods not worth £10, completely unwearable.
Firstly offer 20% then30% then 50% refund and keep the goods. Goods are unwearable.
When they eventually agreed to 100% refund it was going to cost around £70 to send back to China due to all the stipulations they put in place.
Should not be allowed to trade in the UK when the advertisement is so false. Considering trading standards I am so angry

Don't buy from these charlatans. They are called Hughes - Manchester and their office is in Holland. BUT their warehouse is in China and you are responsible for the return cost to China which they estimate is a minimum of £25! Also the quality was poor. You have been warned. It's a con.

Love this top/jumper. First seen on social media. This is my second purchase as the first one was a snug fit.

This top is going to be worn on special occasions, the fit is just right now.
The service received was excellent.

Very misleading the name Hughes Manchester but it’s in China ordered a sweater from them very poor Quality thread at neck poor finish , vey see through , offered to send something else and to keep the sweater but from China always crap so instead asked for a refund all went dead no communication went dead Don’t buy From Hughes Manchester which is in China .

Order 1 sweater from this so called company which I thought was Manchester based. Then discovered my parcel was coming from China.
, I ordered 1 but received 2 exactly the same and was charged for 2.
To sent one back I have to pay to postagd etc.
Quality was not good. I could have ordered one from TEMU at a third of the price.
This experience has cost me over £50.
Take my advise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Loved my jumper just felt it took quite a long time to arrive

Lots of problems, firstly to get through to payment you end up buying 2 of the same item and then can’t cancel. Secondly, product didn’t resemble photo in brochure, but have since found out they are copied from other internet companies photos. Offer a discount rather that refund. Use third party to send goods but use that address as returns address and then state that they are in China and you have to send the items there. No invoice, receipt or returns liable within. Products were completely unlike the photo. Bad experience all round

My first buy was a white, with black, jumper which I love. Good fit and smart. Second was 2 pairs of stretch trousers, an excellent fit but much too long. I have to shorten them. I didnt notice length mentioned on the advert. But am pleased that they have shown to be reliable, so my husband has bought from them too. Thank you.

Arrived within time frame, good product although I wish I had ordered the next size up. All in all a good shopping experience.

Got it for a friend for xmas she will love it

Sweater looks fine but the finish inside is not so good. Too many loose threads which could pull easily. Could also be longer.
