We used this company to execute our mums will. We were quickly allocated probate solicitor Sarah Morgan who talked us through the process and answered all our questions clearly while displaying great empathy at this very emotional time.
Sarah was efficient, caring and sensitive to our needs. Communication was excellent and we felt part of the process while our mums estate was settled as Sarah explained our options at certain points.

Hugh James have guided us through our appeal for Continuing Nursing Care. We were told professional help would not be required to mount an appeal but unless you have an intimate understanding of the process you will very soon find yourself lost debating with NHS professionals and confused in a list of abbreviations.

Hugh James has helped my sister & I navigate our late mother's estate through probate and the settling of various debts our late mother had, which were many and varied. Our assigned paralegal - a lovely lady called Emma, always answered all our questions fully and quickly, was a complete God-send. I think I can safely say it was not the easiest of estates to sort out, so an extra special thank you to her, for all the help in bringing it all to a final conclusion.

We contacted Hugh James via the Mesothelioma UK charity in connection with our father's cancer.
