Stay away from these people, they will keep everything you deposit with them. Stay well clear. Although I managed to get everything refunded with the help of The Watch Guard .Tech. I hope others would be wise and learnWhen you first open an account with this company they bombard you with calls. They obviously share your details with other investment companies as they also call. I was getting 12-15 calls a day at one point, even at the weekend, trying to get me to invest more and take an account manager, which I refused to do. When I asked to close my account because someone else had managed to withdraw most of my money and had added their email address and phone number to my account, which I can't change back, I can't get hold of anyone. I have emailed, called and used the chat function on the website and keep getting told someone will call me in the next 24 hours. It's been 2 weeks and still no call. Every single employee has a generic "British" name but not one of them has a British accent, so obviously using false names. DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY. I am still trying to get my money back but I don't hold out much hope. But a breakthrough came out when I found TheWatchGuard .tech on trust pilot and he has done a lot for me to get my funds back.

I recently tried to suspend or deactivate my account and even when giving them personal information, as well as a photo ID picture, they will not do what I ask of them. The process overall will give you a huge headache and I do not really trust this website anymore. Looking at the reviews, many people have problems with this site and get cheated out of their money already as it is. Do yourself a favor and go to another trading platform because most likely you will end up running into these problems sooner or later. Stay blessed.

I have been with Hugo's Way for around 6 months now and never had any issues.

Customer service has always been on point and any issues swiftly resolved.

Withdrawal and deposits are also always super quick. I trade FX and the spreads have always been pretty decent.

Overall I am happy with Hugo's Way and will carry on using for the foreseeable.

I have been with the broker for 18 months now and cant recommend them highly enough. I trade Forex and Crypto. After switching from my previous broker they are like a breath of fresh air and allow me to trade at weekends. The support is first class on the rare occassion I have had to speak to them and withdrawals are straight forward.

So far so good, no complaints.

Regular withdrawals are correctly paid in a timely fashion. Not like some others I been with.

Works well for manual trading and with EAs (expert advisors) and supports mt4. Great for automatic trading.

I have been with the broker for year and they are excellent. Very good customer service and excellent spreads on trades , with wide variety of pairs etc to use. Their platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate too. In terms of withdrawals and depositing money very smooth process too with several options , and no issues with getting money out

Would recommned this broker without any hesitation

Been trading with them since Nov 2020, and everything is good so far. I switch to them because they are offering nice leverage.

For instance, on crypto, they are offering 1:100 leverage and 1:500 on forex.

Second major reason is 24/7 trading. I can trade cryptocurrencies during the weekend as well. While this option wasn't available with my previous broker.

Well, deposits and withdrawals are pretty swift. Hugosway processed withdrawal within a day, even during the weekend.

Lastly, I like customer support, they are responsive, I had to chat with them once, and they were very cooperative.

I'm looking to stick with them for longer.

I give 2 stars due to the rate of my trading profit with Crypto & Forex trades! Profits would shoot up in my demo account but in real trades it was like a turtle... Then, I was told Hugo's Way is NOT regulated and protected for USA traders. Therefore, I withdraw most of my money and left about $1 so I would not have a problem receiving my money like so many others. Glory be to GOD, I received all of my money hours later...

They steal money...they close your trade and steal your money ...they stole my money..and to prove the loss it is not even showing in the daily transaction activities happened twice this morning.....you all will burn ...as easy as you stole it...you will loose it all even faster than you can spend it...

6 months in with Hugosway broker.

My trading plan for 2021 was to leverage the crypto market, step in Hugosway with 1:500 leverage fx and 1:100 on crypto. I mainly trade BTC, LTC and ETH but there are many crypto pairs to trade with on this broker.

Liquidity is there 24/7 making trades happen quickly, every day of the week.

The platform lends well to EAs (expert advisors) and supports their use through mt4. Great for hands free trading.

My account has not skipped a beat and regular withdrawals are correctly paid within the same trading day.

I have been trading my Hugosway account for 2+ years and counting.
I chose Hugosway to enable me to trade Crypto 24/7 way back when in 2019. It provides the highest crypto leverage I have found at 1:100, with a wide choice of pairs, although personally I stick to BTC it is good to check out lots of other pairs.
Hugosway was very simple to get started with, and even for a completely new trader, the live chat is really quick to reply if you get stuck.
I make deposits and withdrawals using Bitcoin, which is super fast, other methods are available but Bitcoin suits me best.
So 5 stars from me, as a broker is only going to work for you if it meets your trading requirements and for me Hugosway meets all the expectations I have for crypto trading and has been very reliable over this time.

I'm part of a team of traders who routinely trades crypto across several brokers. I first became aware of hugo's way when the new guy was trying to join our team.

After watching him do a few trades... we looked for documentation on fees, leverage amounts, funding options, etc. You know basic information. I even signed up for an account and still couldn't find it.

How is anyone supposed to take a good position if I can't find the fees schedule?

Another frankly idiotic thing they do is somehow you're expected to make trades by lot... in crypto. How many coins are a lot of crypto. What is 0.1 of a lot of a bitcoin or of an ether. I guess if you like gambling this is the place for you.

I'm not even going to speculate, since I haven't and won't be giving them a deposit. But I do suspect, from watching the new guy lose a few hundred bucks on positions where his take profit should have triggeded but for some reason didn't. That there's some automated spread manipulation.

Even with that I wanted to test it and figured I'd send over some BTC dust. I went to deposit BTC and it wouldn't give me a deposit address until I had entered a fiat amount. What sort of scam is that? I can't just directly deposit an amount of btc? You guys want to qoute me to exchange it to fiat?

How could you flag someone’s account?
Without seeing any activity of fraud or any suspicious transactions?

I’ve been liking Hugosway so far, found them to be pretty reliable. I first started using them around a year ago as I wanted to trade some crypto’s and they looked to have plenty of pairs and decent leverage.
I’ve also been trading forex pairs with them as well as the spreads with them have been quite reasonable. I gave there webtrader a go and found the executions on that to be quick so that’s a nice addition to the site of you can’t access MT4.
I’ve not encountered any problems while using this broker and think I’ll continue to use them unless anything changes.

I’ve been trading with hugosway for a year now and I’ve said time and time again when I have the perfect set up it always seem to hit my stop loss and go the way I was expecting it to go. I understand they are the market makers but when I place a trade and my tp gets hit but I don’t get my profits I have a serious problem with that. Not the first time this has happened but will be my last searching for a new broker now

At first I'm like maybe it's me. But I'm almost certain they are manipulating it somehow My stop loss always gets taken out right before it shoots to my target and I know how to set a stop loss...it's like I do better without a one I don't know something is off about this broker and I'm sick of it switching to a new one my fault they are not regulated anyways
