Always a good experience. I use the Goole office. Nothing is too much trouble for the girls working there,.I received my documents online, (more of a pen and paper guy myself) i didn't have a clue, took it to Goole, Sarah sorted it in seconds, Brilliant.

They are amazing quick and pain free would recommend 😀

Applied online, took a while to get a decision but giving the times we are experiencing just now think the timescale was acceptable. Staff very helpful and informative.

Applying for a loan online was very straightforward although I had to phone after a week as I'd heard nothing, when I received my paperwork my agreed loan was in my account that day!

Very easy and quick to apply for a matched loan. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

I have been with the Credit Union a good few years, the staff and services are excellent, well deserved 5 stars.

Got small loans from CU in the past, in person and online, never been declined no matter what I wanted the loan for, it's just your standard loan application process both ways, takes about 2 minutes to fill the form, faster applying online (1 week) than in person (2 weeks), great place to get a loan if you've never had a loan before and can't get them elsewhere. Also increases your credit score if you keep up with the repayments. Good stuff!

Excellent service really pleased - very simple and straightforward process and very quick.

What can i say ? had a loan from CU before and became a member (must) which gives me a feeling of pride or something close to it. Now, i got a loan to cover my credit cards (debt consolidation) which means i was taxed with a higher interest rate(sad face here). BUT the YEARLY interest am paying to CU is still lower than the MONTHLY interest i was going to pay for those credit cards. So, at least 15 times lower interest rates. Yes, they are understaffed, things can go slow (it really did this time for me) and you may not feel like a customer in a bank; but that's the good news, CU feels more like friends helping than a bank and it's honestly just a step short of charity compared to the high interest you'll have to pay for any loan taken from anywhere else. Cheers, CU, love you.

I've been a member of credit union for about 12 years and taken loans out with them since, applying for a loan is always easy and I always get a quick response,what you pay back on the loan is really good the interest is so low,i would highly recommend them .They are friendly and polite whenever I've dealt with staff.

I renewed my loan again this year, and the response was fab, every thing on line, easy to use and understand, responses where quicker then when doing by letter and post, always found credit union to be very helpful, professional and polite.

I applied for a loan and they saw to it within 3working days

2020 has been a nightmare, but im lucky in that I can work from home for full pay... finances were needed and HEY Credit Union have helped with an affordable repayment plan. Trustworthy and honest and quick application
