Not even sure where to begin.
It will be almost 3 weeks since order was placed and paid. Purchased a ring for my old man.
Attempted several times through email regarding updates on the delivery. To no avail. Contacted Shopfiy and still waiting to hear from them. The so called refund team is based in a block of flats in Nottingham. Templars court.
A pathetic so called company. Do yourself a favour and stay away from them. There are better businesses out there….

If I could record less than one star, then this company would receive a negative score.
This is about the worst e-commerce purchase experience ever that I have encountered. It is an absolutely diabolical shambles of a company that sells religious artefacts and jewellery without an ounce of ethics.
This company will collect your money and simply ship, whatever it can retrieve, as and when it can be bothered to do so.
You will be disappointed, you will be sadly disappointed with the appalling customer service.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Bought a necklace from them, they sent me a completely different one. They do not answer their emails, dms, or comments on instagram. But they do have time to stalk you on insta! Pathetic childish business, dont bother.

So sad so see that I notice this reviews after I already ordered a classy c10 watch.

The positive thing is I received my order but they’re some disables.

First of all it took a more time to receive the package and I messaged them twice but I didn’t get a response.

When I saw the watch for the first time I saw some visible scrathes. For a new watch you are not expecting this. After few days I noticed the watch didn’t do it anymore so I was thinking it’s about the battery. Then I went to the juwel and he told me the dial is not ok and that’s the reason the watch isn’t do what it has to do. So he said its better to return the watch. Now I see that Hulyah has removed my review on the site and I am not able to reach them on the phone. So as I see by other reviews I think I have zero change zo get my money back.

Very disappointing because I had very high expactations of Hulyah and they act like this.

So I advice you guys to not order here because when you have some troubles you didn’t get any responses when you message them.

Bought a necklace, was extremely thin and cheap looking when arrived so I let them know I would be returning it.
It’s been more than a month now that item was returned, tracked and signed for, and no refund or reply’s to my emails.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Will be taking this further.

Wife ordered a watch before eid, was due to arrive before eid but did not show up. Still waiting for response to the many emails.

I ordered a necklace through Etsy. It broke after I wore it a few times and when I raised this with customer service they were rude and sarcastic. They also claimed it was a personal usage issue, which is a joke since it’s clearly a quality issue. Necklaces don’t just break from being worn a few times. They then ignored my emails. Don’t buy from them!

No order or refund. Was told will send out again still nothing recieved and now im sending emails and tried calling no answer.

Ordered a Watch with the FAST DELIVERY option ''Fast & Secure delivery in 1-3 business days.''

Waiting now for nearly a month, tried to contact them several times, since i told them they should give me the additional money which i paid for fast shipment back i dont receive an answer anymore.

I ordered 2 items on the 12th of January. One arrived which was great. Second item still hasn't arrived. I've had no response to my emails. I've now had to escalate this through PayPal to get my money back. No customer service, it would be better to avoid this company specially if you are ordering as a wedding gift. I needed the item by the 29th of Jan and I only ordered it because it said 5 to 6 working days.

Update: A week after the resolution with Etsy below I recieved the ring. I'm still disappointed about the wait and lack of communication but the product is lovely.

Ordered a ring that was never received, they do not provide proof of dispatch or any tracking information. There was no response to messages asking for update. Thankfully I used Etsy and escalated to them and managed to get the money back but it's extremely disappointing.

I ordered on 25th November an ayyatul kurdish necklace and still not arrived and today a package came from huliyah but guess what it wasn't my order but somebody else's personalised ring saying Ali and mariyah

I have put x1 star only due to the fact that you have to select at least x1!! For a company that has gone through as much effort as this one to write so many sections on the terms of service yet still not respond to several emails, text messages, Facebook messages, live chat messages or the constant engaged tone when dialling the number on the website. I am absolutely disgusted with the promise and service received, of which there has been zero!! I would never use this company and advise that people are not fooled into purchase like I was. I paid in full and added additional 1-2 day delivery to make sure gift was received in time as a present for Xmas. Still no gift, still no answers to my texts, calls, emails, etc… *SCAM* *SCAM* *SCAM* *SCAM* *SCAM*

Item not received. Paid for speedy delivery, taken two weeks and still not arrived despite guarantee of delivery before christmas. No response to emails or text messages. Do not provide proof of dispatch or tracking information. This is a scam.

Delivery was a month so the gift didn’t arrive in time… They have no customer service… Very small sizes, the ring fits a child… Overall bad experience and I wouldn’t buy anything from them again

PayPal knows that Hulyah never delivers the orders. PayPal does literally nothing to help. Be careful!

Worse customer service ever!!!!!!!!! I ordered a watch for my nephew for the holiday. Ordered on Dec 3 it is Dec 14 with no word of shipping. I have sent emails and tried to chat (which is just email) with no answers. Its as if they could care less about service. I am at a loss. terrible, terrible, terrible....go to another provider.

Received the item it was beautiful thanks a lot for the good service.
