Julian is very friendly and informative and helpful. I felt very confident with the information and demonstrations. I had test drives to see which I felt more comfortable with and also tried getting them in my car so that I could make the right choice.

The demonstration by Stef was clear and patient and time was taken to understand our needs.

He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about scooters etc. He took his time, no pressure and in the
end we purchased an electric wheelchair (Glide) and now look forward to many hours using it.

I had a very good experience with Stef , she was helpful in showing me how the scooter worked and explained every thing in a way that was easy to understand.

Ricardo conducted a home demonstration after our initial enquiry.
We were very impressed with the products shown to us. They were well suited to our specific needs.
Ricardo went through all the controls and demonstrated how to fold, open and adjust the scooter. He accompanied me on a test drive and ensured I could safely manoeuvre the scooter in each direction and up and down dropped kerbs. Additionally, he demonstrated how to safely lift the scooter into the car boot.

Good demonstration

Rick turned up a few minutes late for the 10am appointment. He apologised for being late, heavy traffic on the M25/M23. He was very good at explaining everything about the two scooters I was interested in. I preferred the Carbon model and we went through all the controls again before I test drove it. He didn’t interfere, just watched and was ready to step in if anything went wrong. He was very pleased with the way I handled the scooter. He then talked me through all the advantages of a mobility scooter
At NO time was there any pressure from Nick to buy. Great guy !!! PS, I bought one.

Onkar announced himself and proceeded to generate a brief chat about my health and mobility. We then discussed product when Onkar recommended two options where we discussed in detail, he gave pro’s and cons for all. Having cleared my needs he then discussed with my husband his role in manoeuvre ability of each product, giving his opinion and recommendations.
Altogether we have received the full brief of all products in full, endorsements covered in full. I would recommend Onkar as a perfect representative for Humfree.
