We have worked with Web Windows for a number of years. Being in the seasonal products market, we find placing a number of ads at this critical point in the holiday season is an effective boost to our marketing campaign. We feel these ads represent good value for money and the Web Windows staff are very helpful and efficient.

Once we had signed up for the offer we wanted, we basically sat back and relaxed as Web Windows put together our animated banner from scratch which was fantastic! The banner was very professional looking and something that we couldn't have created on our own.
I dealt with the Senior Digital Account Manager - Greg Hancock, and he couldn't have been more helpful, he made the whole experience very easy from start to finish, and he is certainly a credit to this company!
I can't recommend them enough, for a small business looking to get some traffic and interest from the web then this is certainly a very stress-less and easy process that WILL give results.

Web Windows have been a consistently reliable marketing tool.

First class and empathetic Customer Service - rarely found in this day and age.

We're not the biggest client of WebWindows but have built a good, balanced working relationship. Opportunities are presented based on the brief we have supplied (nothing irrelevant is ever suggested which saves loads of time!) and the sales team are friendly and approachable without being pushy or hard nosed.

The banner campaigns are a great way to drive additional traffic to your site...added to that you'll get great brand exposure with upwards of 1 million banners shown on a range of popular websites. We frequently use the "Cost per click" campaigns to drive traffic to sites...I'd recommend this approach if your business is looking to gain additional traffic to your website. However do make sure that you have a great "call to action" for visitors that arrive at the site through this process

I've been dealing with Web Windows for a number of years across several e-commerce websites that my company owns. We find them a very good company to deal with and their staff are always knowledgeable and friendly.
My last campaign was to promote our website offering canvas bell tents and we used a combination of online banners and small ads in various colour supplements. We were able to successfully track the response generated and after costs a good profit resulted.
I would highly recommend Web Windows as being a very good company to do business with and will continue using them in the future.

when they were looking to get the advert and the money the phone did not stop ringing. once they had the advert, then all went quiet. We had zero response and then web windows processed the payment two weeks ahead of the scheduled date. They were all apologetic, but the general impression is of one time wonders who care little about you after the order is taken.

Our Account Manager Charlie has very patiently run through all the various online targeting options available to us and put together a schedule of activity starting with, a Run of Network campaign.

It has been very refreshing to find a company who invests so much of their time in ensuring we have an enduring business relationship. We tried lots of different types of traditional advertising in the past but couldn't find anyone to get us started with new media. The response to each campaign has been very impressive and we have been able to match the reported traffic from Web Windows and follow it through to Google Analytics. With each month they have come up with fresh ideas on how to tune the advertising so that the results continually improve.

Overall I would say that our business has benefited enormously from web windows media services and I look forward to continuing to do business with them for the foreseeable future.

If you are looking to use Web Windows be careful. They are very helpful in the initial stages and good at convincing you to take up their services, however, once Web WIndows have had your money they are less forthcoming. Being new to online advertising the person i dealt with was helpful and good at answering my questions and reassured me that a Run of Network campaign was the right thing for my business. However once i had paid for the advert (i paid the full agreed amount up front) they were less than caring. Firstly my advert was setup and they said they would send me login details. The login details didnt arrive and i had to contact them to ask for them. Secondly, they set up my advert on the wrong domain (they set it up on a .com domain instead of .co.uk - quite a basic but important mistake and a mistake that would have gone unchecked if i hadn't brought it to their attention). They were slow in replying to my emails and i had to constantly ring up to resolve problems that they forgot about or were ignoring. The actual advert did not produce the results i was hoping for, however i am willing to accept this as i was testing the water with my site and the advert. I only wish i had put my money towards Google Ad Words or SEO but Web Windows convinced me a Run of Network was best. Be careful when using Web Windows and i would suggest to not be as keen as i was to hand over the full amount as they clearly stop caring about you (the customer) as soon as they have your money.
