Absolute rubbish. Spent ages trying to get these to work but they just don't go on. Total waste of money...

Terrible terrible. Do not order they are a scam. I ordered in November. Still not received and they refuse to refund you. Keep getting fobbed off with the same email from Angel. We have been really busy. Your order will be shipped soon. Shopify didn't want to know either when I tried to ask them for help. £48.00 of wasted money

Never ever order from this scam business.
I placed my order on 3rd Dec 2025 and still not received it (4 months on) or a refund, this is despite dozens of emails.
I am now claiming back via my Credit Card providor.
Complete liars and scammers !!!!

I wish I had read others' reviews here before purchasing. It's been 4 months since I ordered (December 2025) and I still have not received my order. I have contacted them via email numerous times, receiving a generic "I'll check on this" response the first two times, and not responding at all after that. I've also asked for a refund multiple times and surprise, still have not received that. They clearly win here though because the strung me along past the 60 day deadline to be able to dispute the $80 charge with my credit card company. Stay far away!

Ordered my lashes December 12. Charged me immediately. They’re really good at taking your money. Almost 4 months later and still nothing. Every time I email them asking about my lashes or a refund, they send a generic message thanking me for my patience. Well, I ran out of patience but don’t know what to do next. $80.00 is a lot of money.

i wouldnt give 1 star if i had the choice! Been dealing with 'Angel' via email. I couldnt get on with the lashes so I sent them back - granted it was by Royal Mail - but they claim to this day they havent received them, therefore they will NOT give me my money back. The 30 day guarantee is not worth the paper its written on. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Shouldnt be allowed to trade.

I ordered Hunnyfit Lashes in late November but did not receive the product for approximately five weeks. Upon receipt, I was unable to apply the lashes successfully. My daughter, who regularly wears false lashes, also attempted to apply them and was unable to achieve a proper fit.
I contacted Hunnyfit to request a full refund in accordance with their stated guarantee. In response, I was informed that they are a small, woman-owned business and was offered a partial refund of 50%, followed by an offer of 75%, both of which I declined. I reiterated my request for a full refund.
I returned the product at my own expense, paying over $10 in postage. Hunnyfit received the return on January 22, 2026. After following up, I was advised that the refund would be processed within 5–7 days. More than two months have passed since the return was received, and I have not received a refund. My subsequent emails have gone unanswered.
Based on this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with the company’s customer service and failure to honor their refund commitment.

This business is a scam. Ordered from a FB ad in December of 2025- it’s nearly April and my order has never arrived. Their customer service person ‘Angel’ kept coming up with excuse after excuse for the delay then went non-responsive when I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. No refund has arrived and no product was ever shipped. AVOID

TOTAL SCAM!!! Ordered lash kit 3 months ago and still have not received the order. I've contacted the company five times and have only received responses asking me to be patient. I've asked for refund, but haven't received that either.

ordered Dec 2025 total approx $80 - scam - joke - I cannot guess how many dollars they have made by accepting payments but never fulfilling orders - maybe "Angel " will read these lol - I have written so many times to the company and received so many answers from "Angel" that now I am just receiving copy paste replies from when the claim first started

Ordered a set of three magnetic lashes around Thanksgiving last year. Early December, I reached out and asked when the lashes would be shipped and why I was not provided with a tracking number yet. They got back saying it had been shipped. It only seemed like me emailing and inquiring got the shipment out.
The lashes are terrible and were HEAVILY marketed as created by a women, who's mom had trouble with conventional lashes. So, she made these lashes for people who had dexterity issues. That explanation was COMPLETE 100% lies. The lashes were extremely difficult to use. I tried multiple times to place these lashes and after about 20 attempts, I was fed up and reached out about returning the lashes.

They tried to offer me a 30% discount and tried to make me feel guilty because they were "a small women-owned" business. This is also a lie as I could not find any information, whatsoever about this "independent American woman". I took two emails for them to finally say they were going to refund soon. That was January 6th.

It is now March 4th and I've demanded my refund. I had a tracking number for the return and that arrived not long after I asked for their return address/etc. They've said they will check on that refund. If it is not sent, I'm hoping I'll be able to get my bank to reverse those charges and file a complaint with the BBB. Avoid this company. They are full of lies and crappy product.

Same as everyone else on here. Ordered 11/28 and no tracking. Angel replied to two emails saying to be patient and that it’s out of their control to do anything about my order. The last email I didn’t receive a response. Spent $69 for a scam. Do yourself a favor and order something else.

I placed a order November 24th and have followed up requesitng a refund as I have yet to recieve the product. Like many reported, I get an email from Angel also asking for my patience. This was a total scam and will not be getting my money back! I would give them zero stars if possible.

Purchased in November, still haven’t received them(now almost March). “Angel” responds via email quickly, saying sorry, they got so many orders, but you never get anywhere. I’d like to get my money back, but I’ll have to go through my credit card, since I get nowhere with the company. I think “Angel” is just a bot, an automated reply.

I also ordered lashes months ago, December 9th to be exact. I have not received them, but have contacted them twice about the status of my order. I received an email back both times, from Angel, saying they are still coming. Pretty sure "Angel" is an automated reply! I am calling my credit card tomorrow to dispute this charge. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

I ordered lashes in November and it will be March this week (3 months ago). I've never received them. I have contacted them 2 times about getting a refund and both times they responded by saying they are coming soon. I feel like this is a scam! Out the money and the lashes.

4 months and no product. No refund

If I could, I’d give this company and product zero stars. The product is absolutely terrible! I was told I would get a refund, it is now the end of February and I’m still waiting.

I order lashes three months ago now. They have never been shipped. I have asked for a refund several times but Angel just keeps asking for patience. This company is a scam and is stealing money from consumers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered in November and still don’t have the product. When you email they just fob you off and repeatedly fail to give a delivery date and just ignore request for a refund. I have lodged a dispute with the bank to recover my money.
