Terrible website. LIMITED MINDLESS SUPPORT. Click links to just redirect you back to previous page. Do not pay for this service, waste of money! Find a in person class. It would be better! Excellent classes, I learned many things, especially about shotgun safety and also from other hunters, and also about my behavior during my hunt.

took my 60$ and its making me pay again. was more than half way through the course and wont let me continue.

I sign in. When i hit continue on the course, it brings me to a page that says choose your state. I choose my state, and it says you are already signed in. Then I click continue and it brings me to the page that says choose your state. Etc, etc,etc.

I cleared cookies and browsing data.
I clicked on the little button that says help and it says it is closed.

If you want to get legally licensed, you have to complete this course, which you can't complete.

Utterly useless.

It won’t let me into my course keeps bringing me to choose my province

Course takes a long time because majority of the time you are sitting waiting for the timer to finish to go to the next page. 40 seconds worth of info but you have to wait 4 minutes. Ridiculous.

wouldn’t even give it 1 star but cant, payd yesterday and there asking me to pay again

Very bad set up, at first take 4ever to log in and i paid the 68.75$ i did 3 chapters who take hrs, i save it. I try to come back few hrs later and they keep asking me for my info couldn’t sign in and after 20 try they ask me re repaid the full amount when i look on my credit card they did take the money hrs ago… couldn’t finish it………

Worst log in system
I log in then it tells me to select a state then when I do it takes me back to log in for an endless cycle

As of right now I can't enter chapter 11 to finish the corse

It was very easy to follow and I had no problems with the instructions and I do recommend it.

Fix your platform and questions.
Im being asked to answer questions that have no corresponding correct answer option.
Example: Question 1, chapter 1 quiz – clearly shows a pump action shotgun, but no option for it as a selectable answer.

Very poorly built platform. The number of bugs is endless - from links taking me to the wrong page, to not giving me access to all the required quizzes.

Then, when I wrote a constructive email bringing bugs to their attention, I got an automated reponse that no response was needed to my email, and my address had been blocked.

Spend a few dollars more for literally ANY OTHER platform... you'll be very happy you did!

I purchased an online firearm safety class last evening. I saw that I could do the classes anytime.

I thought "Hey I could do this at work tonight" Boy was I wrong!

I'm so annoyed all I keep thinking of is the claim they made. The only thing that made me select this option...

"Take the course wherever, whenever! Log in and study at your own pace. The course saves your progress wherever you leave off."

It was pretty easy if you read along with each chapter, took me 6 hrs with a break here and there, a lot better than in person due to the fact I get distracted pretty easy 😆 strongly recommend 👌

The course are useful and giving information about game hunting.
Only one point: I will tell about video showing crossing fence; there definitely hunters should NOT looking in the barrel from the Mizell = end of barrel !

The course eventually expires and you have to buy 30 day extentions at $16.03 It already cost $26.67 to begin with. Hopefully you can find an in classroom course in your community. I believe an in person class is like $8.00 More reasons to hate this states government.

It's great, but very unreliable at times

It's great! But the website is very unreliable at times and does not load. The entire website and dashboard looks like its from 2004. At times I cannot go back and review my answers because it takes too long to load. But despite all of that, it is an amazing place to get your hunting education. I suggest updating the website, and the quiz, and fix loading issues.

Seems like they are more interested in money than education. Registered my two kids for this course in the spring at the same time I registered for the MN DNR required field day. Logged in this summer to complete the course only to find that there is a 90 day limit to complete the course that was about to expire. They will not grant an extension or refund since this is in the "terms of service" that I agreed to. An ethical company would place this information front and center, not bury it in a legal dissertation that they know most people do not read.
