I made contact with Laura who made the whole process very simple - Her knowledge of products is very good and I valued her advice given when asked.

It is always a good idea to spell out what you are looking for and especially concerning office IT components for example - I find if I am looking for adapters for instance I will say I want to go from (for example) a USB-A type ending into an adapter which then connects into a PC with a USB-C endpoint. What I also find is that Hunt Office Supplies always get it right and have never sent me the wrong product. Sometimes suppliers can send you adapters which are the wrong way around, but never Hunt.

I had an IT query that I could not find the answer too. Through HuntOffice I was put in contact with the most patient and helpful Hannah. This lady solved my query which took some time as I was not sure of the correct terminology. Again Thank you Hannah!

I couldnt see what I was looking for on the website. My call was answered immediately by Teresa and she couldnt have been more helpful. She did as she promised and followed up with information on an email. Not sure if I will be ordering this time around but would have no problem recommending this business based on their customer support

I am a tetraplegic and in a wheelchair. I bought a I’ve adjustable desk in 2022. I add interaction with stuff around the time of purchase, and a couple of enter actions with the customer support team, including last week.

I found the service offered to be exceptionally patient(!), courteous, and, most importantly, very helpful.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them for their overall service levels…

We had a UPS power supply which failed after approximately 14 months' use. Contacted Hunt Office, where Marie took on the case. There was constant follow up with the supplier, over a short few days, where we were kept fully informed.
After a brief investigation of the issue, the unit was replaced, with zero frustration on our part.
Marie at Hunt Office kept in contact until the new unit was delivered and shown to be working perfectly.
She is a true example of "Great Customer Service".

This is only a personal opinion based on my interaction with HuntOffice.

1) Pricey postage costs within Ireland (20€ for a 3.5kg, 40x30x20) for domestic customers but probably due to short turnaround.

2) Once the order is placed there is no cancellation option which I don't find good.

3) IMO, products should always be listed with their final price including all taxes (eg. VAT etc) to avoid misleading people, on their website the layout it is different than what I'm used to and maybe just hard to see.

After speaking with a customer support representative and now few things have been cleared out, decided to increase the rating and have to mention their customer support representativese are top notch and are striving to help their customers which is greatly appreciated!

I ordered today and received what I supposed to receive when indicated. One item was delayed and I was kept up to date all the way.

The customer support lady Teresa, was nothing short of exceptional! She was incredibly helpful, personable, and made me feel like there was nothing that she couldn't help me with! I could not recommend Hunt Office enough!

Maria, was incredibly helpful in assisting me with selecting the correct printer for my office. She provided several options via email that fit perfectly within my budget.

I highly recommend Hunt Office, as their customer service is excellent.

Customer Service was great. Delivery was short and contacted them directly. Replacement item was sent out straight away. Hannah was the agent I was dealing with.
