We recently experienced ongoing waste collection issues with our previous provider, so we contacted Hurn Recycling for help. From our first conversation with Chris, it was clear we were dealing with someone who was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely interested in finding the right solution for our business.

Within just a couple of hours, Chris was on site assessing our requirements, and within 48 hours our new bins had been delivered and collections were up and running.

The service has been outstanding from day one. The office team have been friendly, helpful and efficient, while the drivers have been courteous and reliable. Chris and the whole team provided excellent advice and put together a waste collection solution that perfectly meets our needs.

I originally left a negative review after a disappointing first interaction when trying to set up a new business account. However, I would like to update my review and thank Dave Butler for getting back to me personally and resolving the issue.

Dave was professional, helpful, and took the time to address my concerns. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort made to put things right. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. I always lock my bin to avoid fly tippers. The never re lock it after an empty. It the gets filled by opportunists and Hurn Recycling charges me for over weight lift. I have given notice on my contract and now they chased me within five minutes of the bin being emptied for payment. The cancellation period is 52 days. I can’t wait for it to be over.

I was with a slightly cheaper company before moving to Hurn and had absolutely no end of issues with empties and invoice charges through the roof. I then thankfully found Hurn Recycling and since day one I have had nothing but the best, honest and reliable service. They get back to you straight away, they are efficient and I am so very, very happy that I have a decent and professional waste disposal. SO much so, that everyone else where I work also left the previous company and went over to Hurn and not one person is unhappy now. Our business has used Hurn Recycling for many years. They provide our large commercial bins for general waste and cardboard and also collect our polystyrene on a regular basis when needed, which is generally every week. Contacting them is easy and usually get a response to an email the same working day and mostly within a few hours. They are a really good company to work with and never let us down.

We have been a customer of Hurn Recycling for many years now. Martin, our usual guy is absolutely fantastic - cheery, kind, reliable and efficient. We have had problems when Martin isn't available - but usually solved with a phone call (not always).
