Faulty website.

A really bad website interface with no way to get around that when facing technical difficulty!

Towel provision can vary by venue, and the details of what is included with each pass are shown on the venue profile. Many of our fitness partners do include towels, but this is not the case at every location.

It is also worth clarifying that our Monthly+ pass is not the same as a standard gym membership tied to one specific club. It gives access to your chosen venue, along with any other venue on our website offering a Monthly+ pass at the same price or lower.

I understand this may not have matched your expectations, and I appreciate you sharing your feedback. Comments like this help highlight where we could improve clarity for our customers prior to their visit.

I’ve chosen Riverside Leisure Centre

I’ve chosen Riverside Leisure Centre – Chelmsford as my gym, but each visit I have to go to the main reception to get a printed pass and then give it again at the gym reception. Sometimes I also have to repeat Hussle.. Hussle and wait.

It feels inconvenient compared to other members who can enter directly. I’d really appreciate a simpler system, like a personal PIN or digital access, so I don’t need to collect a paper pass every time.

Poor day pass experience

Very expensive and convoluted for individual day pass (20 euro), and they clearly want to sell the monthly pass instead. You aren't even able to purchase the day pass in the app, but must use it to redeem.

My experience with Hussle

My experience with Hussle was excellent. The platform made it really easy to find and access gyms that suited my schedule and location. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and having the flexibility to try different gyms without being tied to a long-term membership was a huge plus. Everything worked smoothly, and it made staying active so much more convenient. I’d definitely recommend Hussle to anyone looking for flexible and hassle-free gym access.

Is complicated to get access to…

Is complicated to get access to Gyms. Receptionists have to much difficulty to reconize our card. Sometimes they need more than 10 minutes to check our card. They need to cal the manager and it always the same questions: name, post code, adress, phone number.

It is a cheap deal to use the gym but…

It is a cheap deal to use the gym but it’s been a real pain to set up as apart from an email to review the service I haven’t received anything I need to get the pass at the gym and the app says it doesn’t recognise my email
This ate into my days to use the gym within the month I had subscribed for

After a successful purchase, our system automatically sends an order confirmation email to the email address linked to the account. This email includes the passcode, purchase date, renewal date where applicable, cost, and guidance on how to use the pass. In some cases, particularly where Apple Pay is used, the confirmation email may be sent to the email address associated with that payment method. We also always recommend checking Spam and Trash folders, as these emails can sometimes be filtered there.

Our support team reached out and was able to assist you directly as soon as they became aware of your review. Our customer support email address is available online in multiple places, and we also offer a Chat option on our website for anyone who needs assistance.

The password reset emails are sent automatically when the email address entered matches the one linked to the account. If there is a typo, blank spaces or a different email address is entered, the system will not recognise the account and no reset email will be sent. In some cases, these emails can also land in Spam or Trash folders, so we always recommend checking there as well.

Customer service

Actual membership is very helpful albeit more expensive but the customer service is very poor

Please take into consideration that we do not sell direct gym memberships for individual venues. Our core product is a multi venue access pass (Monthly+), rather than a traditional membership with a single gym. Because the Monthly+ pass gives access to multiple venues across the country, it is priced differently from a direct membership with just one gym.

As this review was left anonymously, I have not been able to identify your account or contact you directly to better understand what went wrong with the service you received. I paid for a pass but it was used already and I haven't use it either

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience.

After a successful purchase, our system automatically sends a unique pass code by email, and customers can also see all active and used passes inside the app. If a pass is marked as used, it will show the exact time and venue where it was redeemed. Also, venues don’t have access to pass codes on their side, so a pass can’t normally be redeemed unless the code is provided by the customer at reception.

I have checked your account and can see one active pass, purchased on 04/02/2026. Please contact our Customer Support team at info@hussle.com from the email address linked to your account, and they will be able to assist you further. Please also note that Day Passes are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

App is useless

App is useless, you
Make a booking for a day and the it has no where to repeat that booking for another day. Also 20 Quid for a swim is beyond ridiculous. So I found another way without hussle

On pricing, venues set their own pass prices on Hussle. In many cases, the pass includes access to a range of facilities, for example gym and swim. This is explained on the venue profile so customers can see what is included before purchasing and decide if it is the right option for them.
