I have received assistance from the staff at Hybrid Gaming on two occasions with my phone and laptop and both times they were extremely helpful, generous with their time and technically very competent.

Excellent communication and service while we waited at a local coffee shop to get our computer upgraded and fixed. Highly recommended Dave and the Team at Hybrid Gaming as they always provide a professional service at a great price.

Approached with lots of questions, over multiple weeks and was given excellent advice, no pushy sales or up selling just good advice and options for different budgets. Can't thank the folks at Hybrid Gaming enough. I approached them with a damaged hard drive which had approximately 7 years worth of photos documenting the lives of our 2 young children, a lot of precious memories we'd hate to lose! Hybrid took at look at the drive and whilst it was too damaged for them to recover, they very kindly offered to post the drive to a data recovery specialist in England who has a clean lab for this sort of work. From then until the drive came back, Hybrid did a brilliant job of managing communication with the specialist, keeping me informed of progress and available options and arranging shipping of the drive back and forth. The data specialist was ultimately able to recover all of our photos/videos and Hybrid played a significant part in that. My wife has also used Hybrid to upgrade an old but trusty laptop with a SSD and other bits that I cant comprehend, for a significantly cheaper cost that the cost of a new laptop, it now runs like a dream.

Went in to get help with a stuck screw on my laptop. Morgan expertly drilled it out, gave me a replacement, and even installed the RAM for me that I had intended to install myself (but had been thwarted by said stuck screw). All free of charge, despite my offers to pay. (NOTE: I already had the RAM - it was not provided)

When in to get laptop fixed took 30 minutes if that and was free of charge because we just used up his time.

This is the second time that I have asked for advice regarding my laptop and mobile phone. On both occasions the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and gave me good advice

Where do I even begin with the service Hybrid Gaming provide. I cannot even give them enough stars. I am clueless with anything computers and researched for months before stumbling across a newspaper article on this shop ( a great read if you find it) detailing just how helpful they are, and how they set up to help the clueless parents like me. They responded super fast via WhatsApp every time I asked a question, they solved it within seconds via WhatsApp. They even responded on Christmas Day when I couldn’t figure out the speakers. This has got to be the best customer service I have ever experienced. My son is beyond delighted with his new PC. I cannot thank you all enough. I am delighted to support this amazing business. They deserve everything and more.

Brilliant service to help get my son his first pc.

I contacted Hybrid gaming looking for a pc for my specific circumstances. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted and had done my research previously. The recommendation I got from Hybrid was spot on and I ended up basically buying pc basically through WhatsApp as I didn't have much time to get to the store. Any questions were encouraged and answered promptly. The computer was in my house 2 days later and exactly as described. The pc I bought is perfect for my needs as advised and I love it. Can Highly Recommend Hybrid Gaming.

Brought in an ancient laptop and they managed to take the photos and documents off the dead laptop. Can’t recommend higher and fantastic boys too!
