After my car fob for my Hydra charger was stolen along with my car, I was in a total bind. I called the Hydra team and spoke to a wonderful woman, named Allanna, who turned a stressful situation around incredibly fast. She and the team handled the replacement process with such ease and professionalism. They were both quick to respond and very helpful. When buying an EV charger one needs to reflect on the level of after purchase care and support and in this and other regards Hydra is excellent. If you need fast, reliable service and a quality product look no further than Hydra EVC.

It seems that Hydra are making good progress with a long fault that I have been having for a few days. Obviously, Easter Hols got in the way.
Apparently a new charger and fitting is to be arranged. Well done Yasar.

I used one of their chargers at a hotel and needed a receipt for my expenses.
Although I couldn't initially find where to process my request online, when I called the help line I was connected to a helpful lady in a UK office. She directed me to where I could request a receipt and within a couple of hours I'd had it emailed over to me. Did exactly what I needed them to do and with UK based staff. 5 starts in my book. Thanks

Chris was a great help we just moved into our new house and come with hydra charger could not get it on line to charge Chris sorted it all out for us and kept in touch till it was all working thanks again for your help 👍👌

Chris from Hydra was very helpful with my first install with Notus Charger at customers house.He came to customers house to help connect charger to wifi.Which saved me having to return.

We had a Notus home charger installed recently and the whole experience was great from start to finish. The installer was knowledgeable, tidy, and explained everything clearly. Great customer service and engineers, would highly recommend.

I found Hydra EVC online and they gave me a quote straight away.
From quote period to Installation (less than a week) Chris monitored everything for me, making sure everything runs smoothly.
I did have a doubt at a point as they only accept Bank transfers and wanted payment for the charger before dispatch as intially we agreed that payment will be on installation however Chris spoke to their management and found a solution for me which didn't delay anything. Chris managed to get my charger over to the technician and installation went ahead on the day as planned.
Highly recommend them, specially Chris's service! Fast! efficient!
