Hello,
We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your purchase and the experience you’ve described. However, we’d like to clarify a few important points for accuracy.
The jet gun you purchased is supplied exactly as specified in the product listing. It does not include a jet end as standard, which is clearly outlined in the product description. Many customers choose to purchase additional accessories separately depending on their specific requirements.
Regarding your call with our team, we always aim to provide helpful and respectful support. Our records show that our staff worked to confirm the correct product specification with technical support and provided you with accurate information. We do not tolerate abusive or hostile language toward our staff, and we ask that all communication remains respectful.
We understand that you found an alternative supplier that better suited your needs, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback. That said, we stand by the quality and pricing of our products, as well as the clarity of our listings.
If you would like to discuss this further or believe something was genuinely unclear in the product description, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to review this with you.
Kind regards,
H&P.

Hi Dave,
Thank you for your positive review, glad your delivery was swift!
Kind regards,

Beware your own company firewall!
Once I found the product (bit tricky to search) I ordered it, it arrived on time and all was good, my Co firewall restricted the confirmation content (so blank mail) and setting up account/log in was also hampered by this, aswell as reset password etc. so "note to self don't look & buy from company hardware!" although this was Co business.
