I needed 4 Hydraulic couplers and 4 adapters. They had the best price either online or locally even after adding a rather high shipping cost. I emailed to check availability. Upon inventory confirmat... Toon meer

They quote to us
They quote to us. We ordered 200 ea. as quoted. They shipped 6 ea. and back ordered the balance for months, Our customer was very unhappy. We had to find another source to supply to us so we could deliver to our customer as we had quoted / promised.
Was not a good expierence!

Antwoord van Hydraulics Direct
Hello David,
I’m sorry to hear about this experience. We strive to make sure we can supply in a timely manner and in the case of your brass fitting we failed do so. With our steel and stainless products, we often have more than one supplier or even the ability to custom manufacture, but for that particular brass part we had one vendor who was unable resupply us. I hope you might give us another chance in the future.
The right stuff
The product's I bought came in a timely manner and were nice pieces

Great at first
At first they were great. Shipped fast with no issues. My orders kept taking longer and longer to ship. My last order took about a month to ship. When I called about the order I was told I would be called right back. A day later I called again and was told it was shipping that day and would arrive in 2 days. I called 2 days later to find all the parts aren't even in yet. I was lied to during the phone call and they didn't even call me back. Time to look for a dependable supplier.
