Fantastic team!

Great swimming teacher

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at HydroKidz Children’s Swim School! Both of our children have been attending lessons for several months now, and the progress they’ve made has been truly remarkable.

From the very first call, the support from the HydroKidz team has been friendly, clear and genuinely helpful, we always feel listened to and guided with patience and professionalism.

Every instructor we’ve met has been warm, encouraging and highly skilled. They consistently make lessons fun and engaging while also pushing the children to improve their technique and confidence in the water. Seeing our little ones come out of the pool smiling and proud of themselves week after week has been fantastic.

We cannot recommend them highly enough, a huge thank you to the whole team for the difference they’ve made to our children’s confidence and skills!

Avoid – extremely poor value and unfair practices
I had a very disappointing experience with this swimming company. They cancelled a lesson at the last minute and, when challenged, simply hid behind their small print and repeated “no refunds” rather than offering any reasonable solution or make-up lesson.
Because of half term, the programme was then closed for three weeks, yet they still expected £50 for delivering absolutely nothing during that period. Faced with paying for weeks of no service, I decided to cancel – only to be told I had to pay another £50 to cover December, a month in which they would only deliver two lessons due to Christmas anyway.
In total, I paid hundreds of pounds for only a handful of lessons. The lack of flexibility, poor customer service, and reliance on small print instead of fairness is unacceptable.
Approach with extreme caution – this company prioritises fees over customers

My 8 year old son has made great progress with his swimming and general confidence in the water under the careful eye of the instructors at Hydrokidz. There has been a renewed focus recently on marking his improvement with certificates and badges and this has really helped with his sense of achievement, enjoyment and focus. The pool at Mary Hare is really nice and there is a calm and focused atmosphere. The teachers are kind, attentive and fun. Overall, delighted.

Brilliant with my son. Stuart is an amazing coach and has helped my son so much and given him tons of confidence in the pool.

My experience with Hydrokidz was fun and safe. The instructors were patient and skilled, making it easy to feel comfortable in the water. It's great place for kids to learn swimming confidently.

The experience is very good for me

The team at Hydrokidz Walton have been fantastic at helping both our children advance their techniques, and build confidence. Highly recommend.

Our son has always had a wonderful experience with his swimming lessons at Cranbourn School Basingstoke, he is so independent now when we go swimming it has allowed him to enjoy it so much more. He had his first session with Jack today. Jack managed to put so much into the lesson while being friendly and calm, it was so good to see our son gain so much and progress while having fun. He really enjoys himself and we really appreciate everything that has been done

Thank you everyone at Hydrokidz, you taught two of my children how to swim from three years old and were fantastic. Very professional and kind. Great venue at Bluecoats with easy parking.

When my son started at hydrokidz he had no confidence in the water and would get really upset at the beginning of each lesson but with an instructor like Chick that all changed very quickly. Chick is patient, engaging and makes sure all the children in his group get the attention then require. He makes learning fun with his great enthusiasm and now my son looks forward to his lessons. When we went on holiday we really noticed how far he had come and that’s all thanks to his lessons with chick at hydrokidz.

Great swim school, my children are very happy going and we have seen enormous progress. The teachers Chkkid and Tara make the lessons fun and engaging.

Excellent teaching - the instructor had a good rapport with my child - he learnt a lot and enjoyed the 1 week, 1-2-1 intensive course.

I would definitely highly recommend the Hydrokidz intensive courses. We have completed a few courses now and we can always see lots of progress by the end of the week. Mel was fantastic! She made the lessons fun for the children while keeping them motivated. The children enjoyed the course and learnt lots of tips to improve their swimming strokes!

Excellent teachers at Reading Blue CoatSchool. We had Stephanie for half term crash course. Our granddaughter is growing in confidence each session. Lots of swimming games to make it fun while they learn. Highly recommend !

We are highly impressed with the lessons our 3-year-old is receiving at Barfield under the instruction of Marius. His teaching style is a perfect blend of calmness and fun, which effectively maintains order and fosters a positive learning environment. The progress, measured through a motivating badge system, has been remarkable in such a short time. A truly excellent experience.

Andrew at Old Windsor is a great swim teacher. He pushes my son to the best of his ability. Andrew has helped my son improve his technique by demonstrating the particular skills in and out of the pool.

Very happy with our 3yo's lessons at Barfield with Marius. He is calm and fun but keeps order and we're amazed by the progress in just a half term. Progress is measured and they achieve badges which helps motivate
