I have been in retail for 30+ years and I was taken back by how courteous & professional these guys were,
I broke a pipe on my hot tub & phoned numerous companies with no success of locating the part, I called Hydropool & rather than dismiss my request to buy a replacement part immediately as other companies did a gent called Simon listened, took my number, used WhatsApp to swap pictures to make sure we were both talking about the same parts, & ensure I did not waste a journey, & on my arrival just before they were closing they double checked the parts were right before processing the invoice, truly amazing customer service,
Thanks to these guys I now do not need to buy a new hot tub but when I do I will only buy from these

I contacted them for the first time after an issue with my spa. Within an hour I had a call back and I was talked through troubleshooting, which has fixed the problem!

Completely reliable and fast response to Hydropool problems. Simon’s knowledge of the Spa system is awesome. His admin team are just so polite and helpful. A joy to have such Company on hand.

The aftersales support is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a problem with a broken clip on the filter cover and they sorted a replacement without any hassle.

The service team was informative, professional and very though in the work they carried providing a full service of my Aquatrainer. They provided advice relating to ongoing water quality control and identified issues that need future attention. I am very happy to recommend this organisation.

Don’t bother going anywhere else. Hydropool Cheltenham have the best products and all the knowledge. They take pride in their work and are exactly what you need. Simon gave us really great advice about where to position our hot tub and took the time to understand what we needed. We couldn’t be happier.

The whole process from Jess in the showroom who very professionally provided us with the answers to our questions, to the installation team of Simon, Nick, Matt, Steve & John, was professional and flawless. We had a great experience at Hydropool. From initial help with choosing the best model for us, through to guidance on how to prepare a suitable space and set up for it in our garden, and finally the delivery and installation itself. We are loving the hot tub and very happy with the choice we made (having spent a long time researching and looking at many different brands and models). Pure luxury…. The installation was smooth and quick. The technician explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. I look forward enjoying years of relaxation and therapeutic indulgence after a hard days work.

You can buy a hot tub from anywhere, but buy one from hydro pool Cheltenham it’s like buying into a family. They are always there to help from just a settings check or to buy chemicals, plus the advise is from knowledge. Worth every penny

Having booked with Jessica to have a recently purchased hot tub moved at short notice, Simon & Stephen were super-efficient and professional throughout the move. Simon explained all aspects of the process & everything went smoothly.

Installation went even better on arrival at it's new home, thanks! We were even given a beginners lesson in use and care of the hot tub, despite it not having been purchased from Hydropool Cheltenham!
