Having tried various other Jewellers, Hyman’s were recommended to fix my wife’s bracelet. On visiting the store I found the staff to be very friendly and extremely helpful. The work carried out was first class. They sent me a message when it was ready to collect and provided excellent service, start to finish.
I would highly recommend Hyman’s and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

A first class restoration of a very old and neglected pocket watch which is above all expectations. Not only is it working again but it looks stunning. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care.

Wonderful experience (again!) at this lovely friendly store! Took 3 rings for resizing…….beautiful craftsmanship and cleaned as well! Super pleased.
Lovely friendly staff who know their craft……couldn’t ask for more. I’ve had necklaces repaired here, and sold unwanted gold - I’ve had the same lovely welcome and courteous service every time.

I called in at Hyman's Jewellers in Leeds city centre today as I had a small marble table top, with a design on top, which was sold to me (in India) as inlaid mother of pearl. They kindly looked at it as I wanted confirmation that it was genuinely inlaid work and not a sticker. They gave me their professional opinion that it is inlaid work and therefore put my mind at rest. I asked if there was a charge for their evaluation, and they said no, which was very kind. They were friendly and welcoming.

Superb service. Unlike most jewellers demonstrated an attentive, ‘can do’ attitude and ended up resizing a ring same day, along with a watch adjustment. Also contacted ahead of key decisions which provided reassurance the job would be completed in the intended manner - which it absolutely was. Great quality workmanship.

I had a wonderful experience at Humans Jewelers. I brought in a ring that needed repairing (not purchased from here), and from the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, reassuring, and clearly knowledgeable about their craft. The repair itself was done beautifully — my ring looked as good as new.

What truly impressed me, though, was the personal touch. When I came back to collect the ring, they remembered my name without me even having to say it. It’s a small detail, but it made me feel valued and showed how much they care about their customers.

Hymans have been my go to for anything jewellery related (my mum used to go there) and I am now 60 years old. Great family run business and give you that personal touch. Highly recommended.

New to the area and needed a new battery in an expensive watch. Looked at previous reviews and decided to call in. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Explained services offered so asked them to change the battery and pressure test the watch at a very reasonable price. If there were any problems we could discuss further action. An hour later got a call to say everything was done and there were no other issues. Great service and a lot cheaper than I’ve paid before. Will definitely be back!

I have been looking for a vintage style engagement ring for a few months and wasn't finding anything I liked until I came across this website...
The ring that was advertised was exactly what I was looking for. I sent a message through Instagram asking for it to be made to my size. They were extremely helpful and friendly, and sent it to me the next day!
