Andy is a kind, understanding, professional therapist. Lovely calming session, I felt amazing afterwards!! He explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect, which really put my mind at ease.
I was put completely at ease, listened to, and felt that my requirements were front and centre during the whole therapy. I was especially impressed with the intuitive way additional issues were identified and addressed, leading to a fantastic outcome. Andy is an outstanding clinical hypnotherapist. He is an excellent listener, very thorough, and takes the time to understand your individual needs. He helped me work through stress related to my job and left me feeling calmer, more focused, and more in control. His professional yet compassionate approach made me feel comfortable throughout the session. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone looking for effective and supportive hypnotherapy.
Really nice atmosphere and surroundings. My therapist was lovely, he introduced himself, was respectful and explained what to expect. His voice was gentle, kind and soothing.
Afterwards, I felt very relaxed and definitly slept well that night. Thank you, I will definitely visit again, in fact I have just booked a block of 4 sessions starting around the 20th of June.

Recently I had to step down from a supervisory role at work due to anxieties getting the better of me. The simplest conflict at work brought on anxieties and overthinking that could last for days. I originally looked to Hyp-ER for weight loss therapies but after my free initial consultation, we jointly decided that working on my anxiety would possibly help all aspects of my life (including weight loss).
Even after my very first session, my anxieties appeared to lift and I found myself thinking more clearly and more rationally. I started to lose weight as a “side-effect” of the therapies as I wasn’t comfort eating due to anxiety.
Hyp-ER has helped me so much that I have now stepped back into my original supervisory role and to be completely honest, I have no anxiety nor fear of the role moving forward. My only issue now is how to adjust to such a quietened mind - it seems alien to be so chilled and relaxed.
