Olá, já sou cliente da HypeAuditor há alguns meses, e só tenho elogios a fazer! Eu comecei a atuar no ramo de influencer digital e comecei a usar o serviço gratuito dessa plataforma,me surpreendi muito positivamente pela qualidade do serviço oferecido, pois, um serviço gratuito e de excelente qualidade é difícil de encontrar.
A HypeAuditor, tem me ajudado bastante a fazer a gestão da minha conta, só tenho elogios a fazer!

I like HypeAuditor, I find they have the best data among such services. The database of influencers is huge, and the search engine provides a range for every case. Especially it is helpful for EU market, as it's hard to find those in US-based services.

We needed better information on IG profile quality, and HypeAuditor seems to be a perfect tool for this. We use it for a few months already and definitely wanna continue and even switch to the Pro features shortly. Their deep report and creator discovery tools are the best out of the range of similar software.

This tool is nothing, I don't recommend anyone purchasing Hypeauditor. There is no difference just searching keyword on social media platforms. We don't need to waste money on this scam tool.
Also, their customer service team cannot help me at all, just repeat and repeat the same sentences.

They promise a free report. Instead, you get no report and loads of spam emails. The “Unsubscribe” button on these emails also doesn’t work (which isn’t legal btw) so you cannot get off their mailing list. I have redirected all communication from them to spam.

Definitely the worse app in the market, your high prices strategy is just a scam, you ask for 200$ for an add-on just to export list of Influencer with no emails, just social links 😂 (the export can be done with any data miner btw) and when you ask refund they tell you that you used the feature so they can’t.
Also I’ve subscribed for unlimited seats and now they ask me to buy new seat to be able to invite my team.
I’ll ask a chargeback to my bank since you don’t respect the features I’ve subscribed for.

Absolute scam artists at best, they offer "one free full report" and I have screenshots of that in exchange for your email and information. You give them that info, confirm your email so they can send you sales emails, and legally blow up your cell phone with sales calls and then you get to the report and notice the full report isn't available...they are a total scam and you got bait and switched and abused for your data. This company is disgusting and its practices are downright illegal and shameful. I will be speaking with an attorney about a class action this week.

One of the worst experiences we have come across, took $500/mo for a plan and then we got cut off at 30 searches... asked for our money back and were told its not possible as we already used up "resources" really! we used it for 30 min, its ridiculous

When I logged into the site, they said I have to supply a credit card to access the free reports.

I did but got notified that my card has been charged. I emailed Nadya that I had been charged in error and was only looking to try the free reports within 5 min of getting the notification.

I got a response, acknowledging the cancellation and notified that she'd talk with her Team, they notified me within the day (prompt service) that they will not refund the money as per policy.

I made 2 additional requests stating the case, to access the free reports you have to leave credit card info. It may even be a UI Glitch.

If this review is up, they did not refund the money.
