The verification process is impossible!!!

The verification process is impossible, dragging on for over 15 days and finally ending with a video call. I've never seen anything like it at any other casino. The withdrawal has been delayed since the 13th and is now due on the 23rd, when I have to complete the verification.
I'll let you know if I'm finally able to make the withdrawal.

Filled a complaint on askgamblers in currently in review and thier response on that was I was doing some kind of apposite bets (I was playing evolution blackjack)

I request you guys to staw away from this casino

I tried to withdraw 7000 and account got suspended

So, are they gonna solve this??
Played for 20,000€ total, took out 2000€ once,
Yesterday for my first run from 500 up to 7000, says my verifactions need update to access withdraws after my first 1900 try.

Account suspended.

So, 4 years ago i apparently excluded myself from their sister site?
Now its time to suspend after i lose 20k€ in the last 3 months? When i have 7,049€ in balance?

Omg what a bad casino

Omg what a bad casino , not even one round win in any game , the slots is also not running like other casino site because you will get logged out in the middle of spin without no reason and i believe when the slots round is going to give win they logg you out of the game instead restart the game itself so you dont get that win .
