I was denied a refund because I forgot to cancel my service. Since the Pokémon hype, the proxies have been subjected to excessive abuse, repeatedly resold. Additionally, the server is experiencing unprecedented slowness, powered by an Intel E5 chip.

As outlined in our cancellation policy, we operate on a subscription model where charges are applied every 30 days, and we allow cancellations at any time. However, we are unable to offer refunds once the service has been renewed, as stated in our terms: "Cancel at any time. No refunds." Additionally, proof of order email delivery constitutes fulfillment of the order, with no express or implied guarantee beyond that. We strive to make this policy as transparent as possible, and I’m sorry if this wasn’t clear at the time of your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to assist with the cancellation process moving forward, please let us know.
On your second point about the proxies being resold and abused, I’d like to clarify that we do not source our IPs from wholesalers. Instead, we source directly and own/operate our IPs, ensuring that we maintain full control over their quality and distribution. If you’ve experienced issues that suggest otherwise, we’d be happy to look into this further for you.
Finally, regarding the server slowness and the mention of the Intel E5 chip, To better assist you, could you please provide us with the ticket number associated with this issue?
