Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered on Sunday based on their “GET IT TONIGHT” delivery promise, and it’s now Thursday with no tracking number or even confirmation that my order has been processed.
On top of that, I was told my address is outside the Auckland delivery zone as an excuse for the late delivery, which is completely incorrect as I had checked their site and found my address IS IN THE ZONE.
This feels like misleading advertising and very poor communication. If you’re relying on their urgent delivery claims, don’t.
Would not recommend at all

A typical NZ company that has quality products, does business with Australian customers, keeps you informed of status of your order, discounts products and is more trustworthy than Amazon...what more do you want !!!

I bought 'his and hers' MTB tyres and they were a great price at Hyper Ride. The delivery came super quick. Can't wait to fit them and go bush on our bikes.

Great experience. I did not have a need to return anything so I can't comment on that. They were great to deal with and I could track my order. i saved money too, Fantastic!

Ordered TSG Dermis A knee guards with silver "swish/diagonal" on the sides. No other brand had this stylish feature. Product delivered did not have the swish - just plain black like all the others - and they only sent one velcro strap (for secure fit) instead of 2. Not worth returning from Australia.

At first I thought I was being ignored but customer service were actually very helpful. They sorted out my issue once they were made aware so I have now deleted my initial review and am very happy with the service. My only issue is if you are in Australia and accidentally order the wrong product, it's on you to pay for return. Sucks, but lesson learnt! ☺️

I had a great experience with this company . I got the products I ordered when expected . One T Shirt was too big and there was no problem returning and getting a refund . So far I would highly recommend

I have read Stephens review about the lack of response from this company and his inability to make a return. I want to reinforce this with my own experience. I wanted to buy New Balance Shoes and twice wrote to the company requesting information about sizing. I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE and therefore3 have no confidence that they would honour a return if I had to make it. Great prices are one thing but service is just as important and it seems that this company DOES NOT HAVE IT.

I wanted to return an item. I filled out the return request form as required and got no response at all!. What a scam after all the advertising talking about free returns. Will never trust them again

Found this company through Google while looking for discount golf shoes. Ordered 3 pairs of New Balance golf shoes on special at unbelievable prices. Ordered on Friday, delivered early Tuesday morning (Monday was public holiday). So good, will certainly be using Hyper Ride again!

Really easy every step of the way. I ordered late Wednesday afternoon and wanted to change size of shoes ordered and the changed my mind to stick the pair originally ordered. They replied within 20 minutes agreeing to keep the order as is. I then tried to change the size Thursday, and every pair in the second size had sold out but (checked online and they weren’t kidding me) decided to stick with that pair and couldn’t be happier. Received them Friday morning. Less than 48 hours from purchase to having them in my hands even with me having been a considerably annoying customer (unintentionally) A+++++++ service all round thanks hyperride I’ll be back ordering again you can count on that. Don’t wait for all reading This. Place your order.

I made a order mid afternoon and ordered the wrong thickness wetsuit for my son. I rung Hyper Ride within 15 minutes of the order being accepted and they changed my order straight away while i was on the phone to Roger, he contacted after pay about the price difference, dispatched the correct wetsuit that afternoon and delivery was made 7am the next morning. Exceptional Service from Hyper Ride. Definitely will be ordering online from their Auckland Store again A++++++++

Shows on googke an electric dirt bike for $120 dollars but it really 2400 dollars

Quality products. Super fast postage. Good sale at time of purchase . I had made a mistake in my order and the customer care person (Simon) that responded through emails was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful in correcting my order and getting it processed straight away . All round very reliable online shopping. Will definitely be shopping with them in the future.

So impressed with the exceptional Hyper Ride's customer service, their warehouse and logistics. I made a purchase on Tuesday and received my item on Thursday, as I asked. Their standard delivery was from Christchurch to Auckland!

Was able to get products for half the price I've paid elsewhere and got a discount on that too. Shipping was superfast, next day. Highly recommend.

Bought my New Balance Shoes from Hyper Ride at a great sale price and received them in Melbourne around 10 days after. Wasnt sure about buying from NZ initially especially with good prices but now I highly recommend them.
